Maureen’s Kitchen is a breakfast gem with a warm, beautiful ambiance that instantly feels welcoming. The cozy, charming setup makes it perfect for a relaxed morning, and the breakfast is simply delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Great food, great vibes, and the kind of place that makes you want to come back before you’ve even paid the bill. ☕ ✨

Incredibly strong Breakfast and Brunch menu. I enjoyed an excellent Omelette and my wife had Pancakes. It stands up to the LI diners and better priced.

if you want a good simple breakfast in Long Island it’s really hard not to mention this place. This place has been a staple in my family go to breakfast spot for a long time and the special French toast amazing.

I have actually been here many years ago, but came back today much older and with a much better palette. The food is actually amazing, the croissant french toast special was very unique 10/10 – not too sweet and melts in your mouth, would definitely order it again. The baked oatmeal was also amazing, first time having baked oatmeal. However, when we first came in, it was obvious we were the only colored people there and the hostess tried to sit us OUTSIDE without asking us if we wanted to sit outside when every single person was inside, and inside was NOT full. When I asked to be seated inside, she gives us the corner and not the booth, so I had to ask for the booth. This was really odd to me, no apologies, no acknowledgment of the awkwardness and also no water until we asked later on. If you ask me, host/hostess is literally the first interaction you get with the restaurant, and this made me really uncomfortable. Perhaps a little more training would suffice but hey, to each their own. FORTUNATELY, Sam was serving us and she single-handedly changed our entire experience. Any good food that is a 10/10 to me is not worth coming back if you felt this same uneasiness that I did. But, because Sam gave us a great experience, cracking jokes with us and making us feel acknowledged, I would totally come back to see how I feel again. The crazy thing is, my goal this year is to find places to bring family and friends to since I’ll be around here more. Hopefully next time, it is a much better experience . Grateful for people like Sam. Truly made our experience much much better.

We took my father here for a birthday breakfast.
It looks like a house they turned into an amazing restaurant. There is plenty of parking and a comfortable waiting room indoors with chairs.
I called up the restaurant in advance since I was going with 9 people. Once I walked in, I was greeted by 2 beautiful hosts that were very polite and nice enough to put tables together in advance for us. They have their own clothing line if you would like to purchase.
Even though the place was very crowded, it moved quickly and the food came out in good timing. Our waitress was Jen and she was great. She explained all the specials and home made muffins they offer. She was at the table asking if we needed anything throughout the whole time we were there. With such a great variety of different type of pancakes and French toast you definitely want to come here to eat. At the moment they do not take credit cards. It’s cash only.

My favorite breakfast spot. Always love trying their specials and the food is always delicious. I actually love sitting at the counter and watching the cooks at work! There is always a bit of a wait, so be prepared for that. The food is well worth it though

Such a cute breakfast spot! Would definitely recommend to those who love brunch and breakfast food. Came here with a pretty large party and had to wait a little bit to get seated. Once we were seated and placed our orders the food came out almost instantly, which was nice. Everything was amazing! My only criticism would be about the fries, they were a little thick and lacking in the flavor.

That was one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time! Starting from the entryway with the cool motorcycle to the staff at the front that welcomed us, the decorations are really cute and the service is on par. One of the most efficient and quick I have experienced. The breakfast was delicious home fries were crispy bacon extra crispy, and the coffee was strong. Our waitresses (Morgan on Sunday and Kelsey on Saturday) were so very attentive. Lemon poppy ricotta and pistachio pancakes hit!
