Ooo..I think I’ve found a new favorite spot. For quick service dining the shop was clean and cute with good music.

The girl taking my order was friendly and welcoming. She gave me suggestions from favorites ordered. I went with her choice of the fish platter with grilled Mahi. I couldn’t decide between a few flavors to add, but with her help I ended up with a delicious choice! Grilled Mahi with butter salt and pepper and the Asian flair sauce in the side. It came on a bed of brown rice with coleslaw. It truly was so tasty. If I wasn’t needing to head back on the road I may have tried their Pina colada too.

Great restaurant located in a shopping center in North Scottsdale. The atmosphere is inviting and the employees are friendly.

I ordered the fish plate that comes with rice and it was delicious. Made fresh to order, the portion was very generous and had a great presentation!

I highly recommend Maui Fish House if you’re in the area. Don’t forget to try the Key Lime Pie, too!

Thank you, Yelp and Farrah, for inviting us to the Badge Month Event at The Maui Fish House. They specialize in fresh, island-style seafood and are famous for their massive grilled fish tacos, coconut shrimp, and grilled mahi-mahi. My wife selected the Grilled Seafood Platter with Mahi-mahi, which was so good, and I had the Taco Volcano, a version of their Maui-style tacos in a bowl. I had mine with grilled shrimp, and it was delicious. I love their Hawaiian coleslaw, and the portion size is very generous; it “Broke da mouth kāne” and “Mā‘ona ka ‘ōpū”. Mahalo!

Food was PHENOMENAL!!! Poke melts in your mouth, the salad was HUGE, quick service and an enjoyable patio. We also tried the seafood chowder and calamari fingers and both delicious. Definitely a place we plan to visit again on our next trip.

I love their fish & chips. My bride loves their seafood chowder and the shrimp. The service is great. There’s a nice patio. We’ve eaten here for years, so give Coconuts a try.

I’ve been eating fish tacos here for years. In spite of the name change, the food is still delicious. Staff is very friendly and great service. Portions are generous, and this is half of my order.

I was here on 8/16/25. Good fried fish, calamari pretty bland, prices are kind of high but it is fish in Arizona so idk… I liked the coconut shrimp the most good flavor, I’ll try the mahi mahi next time.

We ordered both the coconut shrimp and grilled shrimp appetizers. They were both excellent . The mahi mahi dishes were also great. The portions are very, very generous for the prices.

The waitresses were attentive. As soon as we sat outside, they came by and double cleaned our table. Halfway through, they asked us about how our meals were going. We ordered the grilled shrimp without going to the counter again. Thank you!

Came here one night when Noah and Anna were working. We had such a wonderful time! The food tasted amazing, the place was such a vibe, and Noah even took the time to tell me about all the fish on the wall because I said I love the decorations. They were so kind, I didn’t have to worry about getting a fork and a napkin. I will be coming back soon for the sea food pasta! YUM!

They always get our order right whether we’re eating in, or order to go. The staff has always been friendly. We love the relaxed vibe, although it is a small location. The food does take a little while as they cook it after ordering.
We do not like the fish tacos for some reason they always come out extra fishy and I have no idea why, especially considering they told us it was the same fish as the other dishes, so we stopped getting the fish tacos.

I like the fish and chips, but my spouse does not because the breading is not traditional. It’s a little bit crispier, and thinner.

Tried the macadamia nut mahi-mahi and I did not like it and never got it again. I prefer the local style platter and it’s less expensive.

Coconut shrimp is very good.

Spouse enjoys the beer on tap.

We typically get the mahi platters “local style” with the rice and coleslaw. We usually get blackened and that’s our favorite , but I’ve also tried the lemon butter, salt, and the butter, salt and pepper, and Cajun. So far, they were all good The butter, salt and pepper is the most plain , then the lemon, and I couldn’t tell you the difference between Cajun and blackened off of memory . The fish and rice are always cooked perfectly, but rice is plain and the coleslaw is not traditional at all and seems to have almost like a slight horseradish flavor, we really wish they would improve coleslaw, maybe add a little sweet, hint of vinegar, and way less horseradish type flavor. The food taste good quality and fresh and it’s nice to have a lighter option for a meal that will still fill you up.
Note: these platters for some reason add cheese on top of the coleslaw, which is odd and we always ask them to omit it.
Can you build location out in Queen Creek?
