For a tourist location this really is a great place. Everything about this place is fun and friendly. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drinks came out very quickly even though it was getting busy. I loved my flight of beer and the frozen strawberry lemonade was the best we’ve ever had. But the star of the show was the frozen espresso martini. While the food was mostly delicious, my macadamia encrusted mahi mahi was a bit bland and didn’t really come out hot. But for the most part everyone was great and we had a fun time.

We were looking for a place to have some drinks before our dinner reservation. If you like beer, this is a great place to hang out and the food looked outstanding. Wide selection of local beers but also beers from across the US – on tap. Full bar as well. They do offer “flights” to sample the variety of beer if you are unsure, which was a nice way to get started. Staff were attentive. This place can get busy. When you first arrive they will direct you to stairs (3 flights) but there is an elevator if needed. Prices were reasonable for the area and definitely not as expensive as some place we could have hung out. FYI, when we left about 7:45 the place was starting to fill up (on a Monday night).

Maui Brewing Co. was the first place we hit after settling in; it was a great choice.

We shared the nachos, they were stacked with tons of meat easily the perfect portion for two people. Super flavorful and satisfying.

I tried the OMG IPA and the Rice beer(can’t remember the name, and both were excellent. The OMG IPA had bold flavor without being too heavy, and the Rice beer was smooth and refreshing.

Overall, awesome food, great beer, and a perfect start to our Waikiki trip. Definitely worth a visit.

We loved Maui Brewing on Maui so we were delighted to find this one in Waikiki near our hotel. This place is super toddler and family friendly, lots of space, a nice varied food menu without being overly complicated, and enjoyable service. We’ve had a lot of their standard menu so opted for “fancier” dinner plates of mac nut crusted mahi and the butterfish. Great place for a casual but delicious dinner!

We were looking for somewhere new to eat and wanted a delicious cold beer.
So we decided to stop by Maui Brewing.
The wait time wasn’t long and we got seated in a cool area. We ordered some beers and appetizers and let ourselves cool down.
The food was also delicious, this is a good alternative food option to choose from.
I would recommend to stop by, it will also be for the experience.

Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki offers a lively brewery experience with a good selection of fresh, well-made beers and a food menu that pairs nicely with the drinks. The atmosphere is energetic and social, and the open space helps keep things from feeling too cramped despite the busy location. However, the music is a drawback—it’s louder than expected and overly noisy, which can make conversation difficult and detract from the overall comfort. While the beer quality remains a strong point, the volume level may not suit those looking for a more relaxed dining or drinking experience.

Ok. There are many watering holes along the Waikiki Beach. But if you’re looking for a taste-bud-adventure — then this is a suitable oasis.

The beers are locally brewed – flavorful, and inventive.

Their house-made Root Beer and Ginger Beer will perk up your tongue.

The food is pub-style, but freshly made from good produce. Their french fries might be the best I’ve had on the island so far…

The service is truly Ohana: Welcoming, friendly and open hearted.

Came here for a late-night snack after a long day of adventuring around the island. They have a great selection of beer, late night happy hours prices, and small plates. Also opened late…that can be hard to find on the island. We had the pizza off the appetizer menu. Good food and service and would definitely come back for the happy hour prices.

However, it does seem to be more of a party place. The table beside us was full of drunk guys who were very loud and obnoxious. And despite the late hour, a bachelorette party arrived which was also loud and obnoxious (although not drunk). Furthermore, the live music playing was VERY loud. Even in the open-air atmosphere it was too loud to even talk with my partner.

While the late hour and prices definitely suited our needs, the loudness was uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Of course that’s not the fault of the establishment, just be prepared that if you go on a late night you will most likely be sitting in an atmosphere of loud, drunk, obnoxious tourists with live music that might be somewhat enjoyable if it wasn’t 1 million decibles.

I got the pork belly bao appetizer that as our waiter suggested can really be a meal for one person. I was excited but should have known better than to get this here. The pork belly was dry and lacked sauce or flavor. I had to splash a ton of salt on it to be edible. I understand people don’t always add salt to the pork belly when it’s being cooked but the sauce was at he very bottom of the bun with none on the pork belly either. To be fair, his is really a fast food and beer place but even my husband’s fish and chips was probably at most a 3.5 star. The experience is also very secluding up on a higher floor from the first floor shop.
We had high hopes for this places and were eager to try the Maui made beer but even the beer was just mediocre. Sadly I think we came to a tourist trap so the experience just wasn’t that great. Our waiter was pretty nice though and I didn’t feel like we had to wait a ton of time beforehe took our order.
I think it’s a decent place overall if you’re hungry and perhaps the food would be better if you tried American staples.

There was seating, no wait. Waitress decided to take her sweet time to take care of the table (over 12 mins when it wasn’t busy). Drink was described as one thing but what was brought out was different. Service could do a lot better.
