Definitely will return!! All of the food was delicious and well prepared. We had the pasta fagioli soup, crab bisque, and the main entrees are in the picture descriptions.
Sharing is something I would do next time because the servings are abundant.

We come to Sanabel for a week once a year and we always plan for dinner at Matzaluna a night or two. The food is so amazing, the service is excellent and the drinks always hit the spot! We love the frozen sangria and the wood fired pizzas and the pasta dishes send us away comforted and ready for a good night’s sleep.

I had an amazing Alfredo, my friend got spaghetti and ravioli!! Our waitress was so nice and attentive to us.

This is a highly recommended restaurant they serve excellent Italian and other cuisines! It’s a nice restaurant for a family get-together a date night or anything in between. They have an assortment of wines craft beers etc. The owners are awesome and the staff are always friendly and inviting!

All we had was calamari appetizer and salad but enjoyed both. I had salmon on my goat cheese enhanced salad, my wife had chicken. We also had the cherry/apple hard cider very good. We really liked the calamari and noticed quite a few orders coming out while we were there. Excellent service, helped us pick and choose on the menu as this was our first time.
Lots of families in restaurant, noise level was up there but because of people, not blaring music.

Matzaluna is a nice restaurant with Olde World Italian flare specializing in thin crust oven pizzas, pasta dishes and craft beers dine in or carry-out.
Plenty of parking with ADA accommodations and entrance ramp.

We got chicken a la puttanesca y meat lover pizza. Well the entrée came with salad or soup. I choosed the salad with a vinaigrette dressing (surprisingly was pretty good), my chicken a la puttanesca was delicious. The pizza was OK.
The waiter bring a baguette with olive oil seasoning with herbs was so so good.

My wife got the gluten free Primavera pizza. I got the Shrimp and Garlic pizza. They could have spread the toppings to the edges (or better still put more on). I especially liked the thin crust.

The staff is very friendly and professional. However the food tastes like cafeteria food and not authentic at all. The sauce tastes like it’s from a jar. It feels like like a 90’s American-Italian restaurant. Do not recommend.
