This place is a must‑visit for amazing BBQ. We ordered the sample platter to share, and let me tell you — the meat was incredibly tender and smoked to perfection. We chose fries and slaw as our sides, and both were excellent. They were out of burnt ends, so we substituted chicken, and it did not disappoint. Now I can’t wait to come back and finally try those burnt ends!
Ariel was working the register, and was so friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Overall, this spot is a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends, family, and anyone who will listen.

Crust on the burnt ends was great. Elote was creamy. Brisket was good, with the black pepper crust. Tots were so crunchy!
Everything was delicious.

Had lunch here about a month ago and damn was it good. Had brisket, sausage, and some texas twinkies. Everything was unbelievable. The brisket was moist with a ton of flavor, sausage moist and had that perfect snap. The texas twinkies great too!

It was my first time here. I enjoyed the brisket sandwich and fries. It was a small joint. It gets really busy in there and the environment is loud. The staff were really friendly. If you’ve never been there before, the menu is written on a board. You order at the bar and they’ll bring you your food. I like the sauces there. They have a hot honey sauce, honey bbq, and a vinegar bbq sauce.

First time here. Came early evening, glad we did. This place has fresh food and when it runs out it’s out. Sat outside as they had ample picnic style tables to sit at. You order at the, counter and they bring it to you. Great menu options. I ordered the brisket, fries and strawberry margarita. We had a larger party. Food didn’t take long to come out. The brisket was tender and just melt in your mouth. Fries were sooo good. They have 3 different sauces you could try. I had the honey BBQ sauce and it was good. Our group ordered various meats from the ribs, pulled pork, burnt tips, macaroni to the jalapeno poppers and everyone loved the food.
I’m picky with BBQ because most people cannot cook it right but this place does a great job!!!!! I do recommend this place and I would come back!

If you’re a fan of mouthwatering barbecue, then Matt’s BBQ is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the smoky aroma of slow-cooked meats lets you know you’re in for something special.
I tried the brisket sandwich and burnt ends. Every bite was packed with rich, smoky flavor. The brisket was unbelievably tender with a perfect bark, with just the right amount of juiciness. The burnt ends had so much favor and were so juicy. Their house-made sauces were the perfect complement—whether you like sweet, spicy, or tangy, they’ve got something for every taste.
The sides were just as impressive. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, the coleslaw was fresh and crisp with the perfect balance of tang and crunch, and the Texas twinkles were amazing!
On top of the incredible food, the service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere had that perfect laid-back, rustic vibe that makes you want to sit back, relax, and enjoy.
Whether you’re a BBQ connoisseur or just someone who loves great food, Matt’s BBQ delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

First thing on Christmas Eve we called when they opened and made sure that I would be able to place an order for dinner. Call back at 2:00 the place the order and was told they’re doing catering only. Someone at 11:00 told me that I could order the Lemonster. Well when I called to order my dinner I was told no. So won’t be coming to Matt’s anymore unfortunately. From now on we’ll going be going to veteran owned Mission BBQ which tastes much better anyway just a little further Drive. They also had no problem taking my 300.00 order and having it boxed in 15 minutes.

Great bar, with even better BBQ. I’ve had the brisket which was good, and just had their burger which was fantastic, from the bun to the cheese oozing off it. Shiner on tap, and they sometimes have other varieties too. I love the live music they feature in the evenings, Thursday and maybe Friday nights I think. Always had great service each time I’ve been in too. Not a cheap lunch per se, the food prices are kinda steep but on par for most bbq places.

Looking for BBQ? This is the place. Ribs, perfect. Burnt Ends, amazing. A spin on a Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich but using brisket, unique and great.
Outdoor area to enjoy on picnic benches for the summer. Full bar inside. Just stop looking and enjoy the atmosphere, service, and the food will keep you coming back for more.

Ill make this review simple
Food was great! Wasnt a fan of the mac and cheese, however my favorite Was the sausage and Brisket. The sauces were great, and everything was flavor well.
Order the Sample platter for $50. Wasnt bad, I wish they had a 2 or 3 meat combo option. Also you order up front and pay and if you want anything more, you have to go up to the counter to order more.
It was nice outside so we sat outside and listened to some live music. I definitely enjoyed this place and the food was great.
