Love this place!
I’ve been here a few times, and it’s been a great experience each time. I love their lattes and hot chocolate here.
They also have a variety of pastries available, as well as coffee merch and other items.
The inside is very spacious with comfortable seating, and they have a larger space if you wanted to hold a gathering or event here.
On the weekends, they also frequently have pop ups and other events. I can’t wait to stop back here again soon!

Stopped by Matter Coffee this morning and it truly mattered. I had the pear sage iced coffee, which was delicious and totally unique. The flavors were interesting and refreshing without being overpowering. The team was super friendly too. When they didn’t have the shirt size I wanted, they told me new swag was on the way. You can tell they care about the coffee and the community. Definitely a must-stop spot in Croton for anyone who wants their morning coffee to really matter. ☕

It’s a nice decent place to stop by for coffee and light snacks. There are seats for at least 10 people at the front and more seats are available at the back. My colleagues said their coffee and latte were very good. They also have a restroom and a 15 – minutes parking lot (I think it’s a shared parking lot among the business stores). If you’re looking for morning coffee/tea – this is the place!

I love the positive energy walking in and being greeted by such nice baristas. I feel like croton needed a nice modern coffee shop with great energy and vibes. The music is so nice and love the lounge area. The coffee is so delish, that I look forward to coming in the next morning for another cup.Jordan makes sure that I get exactly what I want (being needy that I am lol )and she makes my son the best chocolate milk. We both love coming here=) I’m so happy to have this new place to come and relax in the morning.

Coffee and Pastries were a bit on the pricier end but they are totally worth it. Creme Brulee Coffee was amazing, and the service was very good. Staff were polite and friendly, and the ambience was cozy. They also have a separate section with plenty of work stations and charging ports, with free Wi-Fi. Overall, a pretty good experience, and they totally deserve the 5 Star Reviews.

I ordered a 32 oz iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and it was absolutely incredible! The coffee had a perfect balance of bitterness from the beans and sweetness of the vanilla. The work area is incredibly inviting and spacious, with plenty of room to relax, work, or hang out. It’s also very clean. I would definitely come back again.

Matters Coffee is truly my favorite coffee shop! The quality of their coffee is unmatched. I always find myself comparing others coffee to theirs and have yet to find anything comparable. The staff is absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and since I first walked in, I felt as if I was visiting friends. Over time, they’ve gotten to know my preferences and are always more than happy to craft something up especially for me, which I genuinely appreciate.
I always bring my friends when they visit for the weekend and I’ve even bought boxes of their coffee for my relatives and they all love it. Honestly, this place is more than just a coffee shop to me, it’s a little home away from home.
I can’t recommend Matter Coffee enough!

I wanted to like this place because we went out of our way to try the coffee here which was actually good however, I knocked off a couple stars because of our experience paying.
After my wife had paid with her credit card, we decided to not leave tip on the card and tip in cash but as I was reaching for the cash in my wallet the barista whispered “thanks for the tip” under her breath .
I hope this was an isolated incident and maybe they were just having a rough morning but that left a really bad taste in our mouths.
Tipping culture has gotten so bad that it has become a need for instant gratification and a sense of entitlement. I mean you could have given me 5 seconds to leave a cash tip in your jar.
