This place is great for when you’re craving Italian food that’s not pizza. The menu is large so they’ll have what you want but it’s not too large that you get overloaded with options. The lasagna is my personal favorite and I get it most every time I visit. While you wait for your meal, bread is brought to your table. It’s a pretty decent sized basket filled with garlic rolls about the size of your thumb.

Our family of 8 with young kids received impeccable service and the pizza was excellent. The vegetarian lasagna was delicious, and the garden salads were also top notch. The atmosphere of the interior strikes a welcoming balance between causal and formal that can satisfy a date night, a family meal, or a gathering with friends.

Our food was so delicious and the service so excellent that we will ADJUST our travel plans to eat there. The Crab Manicotti and the Pizza Deluxe were the best. Watching the preparation on the TV was amazing. Don’t miss this tasty treat!

Something happened to this wonderful place in the past few weeks. I heard the good chef took a higher paying job and the guy running it is cutting corners. Well it showed at my last visit, the food is way off flavor, and that is sad. The outstanding dressing they make in house now taste like it was bought next door at Publix. The red and white sauces have lost their flavor. This is sad, it use to be ***** but not anymore. I hope the new chef can turn it around or it will be gone soon, the people of this area are not friendly to change. And I too have seen the “owner” chastise his servers in public over trivial stuff like given out extra bread sticks…

Good Food, indifferent service, very loud. The kitchen area sounded like it was under construction, near constant plates being slammed down, doors slammed shut, silverware dropped. Some one needs to teach the server the phrase “your welcome” and much more courtesy, and how to smile.

The shrimp carbonara is excellent, be prepared to spend 16 dollars for it. The minestrone soup was very runny, almost all water, it had exactly three beans in it, one garbonzo, one red kidney and one more i could not identify, and no meat or sausage at all.

the mini garlic bread rolls are very good, warm from the oven.

it has a dungeon feel. very dark room, black high ceiling, cages around the booths, every time we go our table rocks back and forth, and our visits were a year apart.

An employee came to out table and scolded our server in front of us for something she did wrong. I didn’t think it was very appropriate of her to do so. It was so startling and surprising. I thought we had done something wrong. The food was good and our server Danielle was wonderful. It’s very loud though. The ceiling is too high everything echos from the kitchen. All I could hear was a man talking on a speaker phone and the dishes being washed through our entire dinner.

We stopped in the restaurant while driving North from Florida. It did not look like it would be anywhere near as good as it was. The salad was full of good romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cukes. The main dishes were excellent. I had veal florentine and my father had chicken caccitore. Both dishes exceeded our expectations. It came with a side of garlic rolls. Very reasonably priced.

I’m not a fan of complaining but here we go. We just moved to Brunswick and was excited to see a little italian restaurant in hopes of having real italian cooking, I was wrong. I’ve cooked in a mom and pops italian restaurant for over 15 years. We ordered a Caesar chicken salad, baked ziti and sausage and peppers. My husband’s ziti came with a salad when he received it the lettuce was Browning and started to look like it was rotting. We let the waitress know and she went and told someone and they blamed it on the lettuce bring frozen “but it tasted fine”. We sent the salad back. The Caesar salad was ok, you can’t really mess that up. We didn’t enjoy our entrees at all. They lacked flavor. The sausage and peppers I expected some Italians herbs and garlic and just tasted like bottle sauce and no flavors of the peppers, onions or sausage could be tasted in the dish. I’m sorry but I had high hopes for this experience.

Exceeded my expectations. The Google reviews brought us here and it was everything as described. We were passing through on I95 and the restaurant is right off the exit. Don’t judge it by the outside but the inside is extremely clean and well decorated. The authentic Italian food is prepared fresh with price. Definetly worth the visit!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don’t expect to get greeted, refills, any type of service. I went to eat dinner here last night with my boyfriend and friends. They were disrespectful to us. Asked for napkins. The MANAGER reached over my boyfriends plate and mine to grab the one napkin on the table and said oh this isn’t enough? The waitress didn’t not come to our table at all. Didn’t even greet us when we sat down. Didn’t get our appetizer til after our food was already out. We didn’t want it then they brought it out anyway. So when we were not satisfied with our service the manager was beyond rude. Another customer jumped up that had been drinking a lot with his friends. Flashes a badge and pretended to be a cop while he cornered my friend into a wall while he continued to scream at her. (This other customer is actually the manager in training at the Waffle House on SSI) This place will not be open much longer with that kind of service. I will never go in there again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
