Matilda’s delivered a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. From our drinks to the appetizers, main course, and a tiramisu to share for dessert, every phase of the evening exceeded expectations. Both the presentation and overall quality of the food and drinks were impressive.

The flatbread and pizza were thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and full of flavor in every bite. The crust was soft and perfectly textured, making it hard to stop nibbling. If you can, be sure to save room for dessert — the tiramisu was light, delicate, and the perfect finishing touch to the meal.

Everything at Matilda’s reflects care and attention to detail. I do recommend arriving earlier in the evening or making a reservation. We experienced about a 45-minute wait and ended up dining at the bar, while others were quoted closer to an hour and a half. That said, the quality and flavor of the food make it well worth the wait.

Amazing!! Our only regret was thinking we could walk in at 8 pm on a Friday and get a table. It was TOTALLY worth the 30 minute wait. We sat at the bar and loved it. The bartenders were incredible, full of great recommendations and it was fun to watch them working their mixologist skills whipping up craft cocktails! Highly recommend the meatball appetizer with the puffy bread (sprinkled with gorgeous finishing salt) to dip in the sauce. This place is a must for delicious food and a very unique craft cocktail! We received a recommendation for this place and the food did not disappoint. The appetizers were great! The flat bread with stracciatella cheese and prosciutto was amazing. The Caesar salad was also great. The meatballs were a bit dense but had good flavor. The baked vodka pasta was also a stand out! All of the pizzas we had were also good. My only complaint is they had weird rules about how much you had to spend per person so we had to take a Caesar salad and a bottle of wine to go to meet our price per person. And every adult had at least one drink, we had appetizers, main course pizzas, and one of every dessert. Just an odd way of doing things with the billing but I would still recommend it because the food was good.

Another weird thing was that they made one and all show an ID to drink. It didn’t matter if you were 42 or 76. No I’d=no alcohol

As a local event planner and now a regular at Matilda’s, I can’t recommend this gem enough! We recently had a welcome party for a destination Park City wedding here for 110 guests, and everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff provided stellar service, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the craft cocktails were truly memorable. Price, Pierce, Mark, and Ian went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome and cared for throughout the evening, and Lauren, the in-house planner, made the process seamless with her organization and thoughtfulness. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made the evening unforgettable.

The food keeps me coming back—highlights include the baked vodka pasta, the rich and flavorful ’nduja with stracciatella, perfectly cooked barramundi (Aussie sea bass), and their classic margherita pizza with fior di latte and basil. I also can’t get enough of the sausage pizza made with Tooele Meats Italian sausage, kale, mozzarella, Calabrian chili, lemon, and pecorino—an absolute standout.

And then there’s dessert. Mack’s hokey pokey gelato with Anzac biscuit crumble and mascarpone is a delight, and the “Big Scoop o’ Tiramisu” is as decadent and satisfying as it sounds.

Whether I’m planning an event or stopping in as a local, Matilda’s delivers every single time. A true Park City standout!

Let me Start with if you Ever visit Park City Utah while you are in Salt Lake City you Have to Go to this Restaurant Call Matilda it’s one of the Best Restaurants I have ever been honestly in the US Since I live here was recommended by a good friend that he’s from Utah and let me Tell you from the Moment that you arrive the Experience is a whole different level of A true Italian Restaurant from The Host Server Cooking Personal Gorgeous Decor so unique the Pizza a Winner one the best Neapolitan Pizza that I have ever eaten ! It’s a of the Hook ! The Local Beer amazing! Shot out to Jake Paolo and the Argentinian Guy at the Bar they make my evening amazing! Thanks from the bottom of my heart! From the artisan pizza, to flavorful appetizers, and vibrant cocktails, Matilda is a buzzy and fun Park City stop.

We tried a smattering of items, but the standouts were the Hawaiian Pizza and Caramelized Onion. I loved my Margarita and Paloma.

This will become one of part of my regular rotation.

After a great experience at sister restaurant Tilly’s Charcoal Chicken the day prior, we decided to try Matilda on our last night in Park City. So glad we did! The restaurant is beautifully designed and well lit. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated immediately for our 6:30 reservation. Despite a full restaurant it wasn’t too loud. Tables are well-spaced and our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. All of the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the Miso cabbage appetizer, which was unique and phenomenal. Then we also enjoyed a Marinara Pizza (no cheese but very light and flavorful) and a Hawaiian Pizza (perfect ratio of ingredients, and the ham in particular was a special high quality cut). The crust on both pizzas was perfect. It’s a sourdough crust and really flavorful. The two cocktails I had were also well done. A highlight of the meal was the Tiramisu. You don’t want to skip dessert at Matilda. It’s a heaping portion of tiramisu, and perhaps the best I’ve ever had (even in Italy). I VERY highly recommend Matilda.

We spent a week in park city and Matilda was one of our favorite meals! Service was great! The food even better.

Salads are a healthy portion great for sharing. We got meatballs and steak bavette for apps and two pies for main. Was the perfect amount for 4 people after a day skiing.

What an amazing find! Everything from being seated all the way to the food what a simply amazing experience! The staff is on top of it all!! Beef carpaccio was tender and beautifully flavored! I ordered the sausage pizza and added whipped ricotta and my buddy got the Margarita pizza! For drinks i got the old fashion and my brother got tequila and soda, and both were perfectly made the old fashion not overly sweet! As for the pizza they were perfect! My brother is vegetarian and they had tins of options! Our server Macarena (yes like the song) and she has heard all the jokes, was on it from the second we sat down! What a great restaurant! I wish you all much success!! I WILL be back again!!
