One thing that makes this restaurant special is that it’s located in the heart of downtown Stillwater. Another thing that stands out is presentation. This is a beautiful place with amazing attention to detail. The menu is simple and small. Each dish in our group was beautifully prepared and everyone loved their food. Long story short, do I recommend it? Hell yeah.

Very cool atmosphere. The servers were very kind and attentive. One of the drinks was strong and they helped make it satisfactory for our group. They also offer non alcoholic options. Blown glass votive holders on the tables and in the ceiling. Speakeasy type vibes. Connected to a hotel.

Stillwater is a great town because of places like this. Nice service, good food and amazing whiskey menu. Burger was done perfectly. Prices are slightly higher but that’s to be expected.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday here. Isaac was an exceptional server. He was very respectful, full of fun conversation and paid attention to every detail of our experience. The manager was also very attentive. It’s hard to find a place that pays attention to detail and cares for the clientele. Crab cakes, Brussel sprouts and coconut almond cake exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back!

We went here on the recommendation of a friend. It’s a little hard to spot from the street, but it’s nicely located on Main Street in Stillwater. If you love whiskey, this is the place! They have a book, that’s right a book of whiskey. The staff was friendly and the food was also good. The brisket tacos were flavorful and juicy, I would recommend them!

This place has it all! Great ambiance, attentive staff, good drinks and delicious food! The restaurant is the lobby of the hotel, large open space, dimly lit but enough light to see, cute leather bound menus. Menu has a decent variety, at least one choice from every food group. We order the battered cauliflower and the bowl licking delicious Bucatini! Drunk selection was more than sufficient and good. Espresso martini was delicious!

We aren’t “foodies” by any means and really enjoyed Matchsticks. My wife got the crab roll and the soy sauce was spicy and so flavorful. I ordered the short rib and it melted in my mouth. One thing to note is they don’t serve the short rib until 5. The drinks were good as well. We got a lingonberry cosmo and the gin one on the craft cocktail menu. Worth it.

Wonderful place to enjoy Happy Hour from 3-5pm and enjoy appetizers from fish/brisket tacos, wings, and if you want to go back to the Stone Age, bone in beef rib is wonderful. Great bar and fun atmosphere. Bourbon selection is incredible. Go and say hi to Tonya, Katey and Uma. Enjoy
