Another coffee shop in the town.
Have to say, this newly opened cafe is here to stay. Very good ambiance with top-notch interiors. Good to see lots of people coming in and enjoying coffee, espresso, mojitos, and not to forget their pastries. Affordable pricing as compared to other hyped cafes like Qahwah and Shibam. Owase was excellent in the service.

i liked this place when i first started going here but the latte quality is not what it used to be.. literally have been given a cup of milk with a splash of coffee the past few times.. if i’m paying close to $10 for a latte i’d like to receive a fair amount of good quality espresso i mean the latte i received this last time was almost white in color. it wasn’t like this when i first started coming here as a study spot. i would have tried to get a refund or work out the issue in person but had no time as i was stopping in before work and service already took longer than expected despite not many customers being in the cafe. i like to support locals cafes over big names but this place just isn’t hitting the same anymore :/

Matari is such an exceptional coffee shop, in a league of its own really. It defies the stuffy feel of any chain coffee shop with it’s s bright and welcoming allure. The staff are kind, patient, and very pleasant. They answer any questions you may have about the menu with confidence and create each beverage to order, with pride in every cup.
The pastries were also very good, warm, and well made.
The atmosphere beautifully set and is rich in culture.

Everything about Matari invites you in and welcomes you to stay. The ice, snow, and cold outside look like a beautiful dream from the windows of this warm coffee shop. The modem decor, comfortable branded chairs, and plenty of outlets makes this a place that is ideal to work on homework or take a meeting. Although a bit pricy at $6 for brewed loose leaf tea, this is an example of you get what you pay for indeed. As someone who worked in coffee for over 10 years, this is the best latte I’ve had in my life.

I recently visited Matari Coffee Co and it was a truly exceptional experience! I ordered the pistachio latte with almond milk, served in a beautiful porcelain mug and saucer adorned with their logo, complete with a charming heart shape crafted in the foam by the barista. The latte’s rich, nutty flavor was perfectly balanced—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The pistachio chocolate croissant was the real star, hands-down the best pastry I’ve ever tasted, with flaky, buttery layers, pistachio paste, a generous chocolate drizzle, and ground pistachios sprinkled on top, served warm on a porcelain plate. The shop’s interior was absolutely stunning, with an elegant, luxurious vibe that made me feel like I was in a chic Dubai café. The attention to detail in both presentation and quality, paired with the breathtaking ambiance, makes Matari Coffee Co a must-visit gem for artisanal coffee and pastry lovers!

Seems like a great place to study, hang out, or have a meeting. The coffee and pastries are delicious! This coffee makes me never want to go to Starbucks again. Service is a little slow, but it’s because they’re making some high quality coffee! We went two days in a row, and even grabbed seconds before we left.
