Shoes stick to the floor when you walk in. Pizza is limp and terribly greasy. This is a 1 and done for me. Do not recommend. The dining room there isn’t a clean table and only 3 tables occupied. It’s a mess in here.

Dude I don’t go to WinStar and not expect to get a slice from Matador. Absolute heat pizza is cheap and always delicious. You have to get the ranch too

Pizza is solid, 1pm Monday no line. Crust is a little dry, but the bread ratio is good and not greasy.
Garlic knots a disappointment, not really Garlicy, a bit too chewy. Marinara delicious.

I’m not sure why the place has such low ratings online, the Pizza is very good the only issue with it is it’s a bit greasy, also the plates they’re served on are very cheap paper plates which aren’t very reliable. Also the crust on the pizza is a bit overcooked but for me that isn’t really a problem, but if you don’t like overcooked crust then this place probably isn’t for you, overall it’s worth it though. The service was alright too, yeah they’re not the best staff ever but they know what they’re doing. The restaurant itself is also really nice and most if not all the tables were clean, the only dirty part about it was the floor which there was kind of a nasty floor as if it wasn’t cleaned for a few days, but it wasn’t that bad and I have seen worse, also the pricing is alright, you get a pretty big pizza for $28 and I had food credit so it wasn’t super overpriced.

We were leery about trying the pizza based on reviews. But boy are we glad we did! It’s pretty darn good (and least expensive thing to eat here at Winstar).

The wait was not long at all at lunchtime. We even went back for dinner and ordered a large pizza to take back to our room.

The pizza was fresh, tasty and inexpensive (leaves more money to gamble with! ) the crust was just right and the cheese was very good. Honestly, we would stop by to eat it even if we didn’t come here to gamble!

Staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. I really enjoyed their food and service! Give em a try! Woof!

Quick and budget friendly casino meal. Drinks $3, pizza $5-6, side salad or bread $4, big salad with chicken $10, alfredo $10. You can get in and out pretty quick. They also have a few desserts to choose from.

Tip the staff. Be kind.

Staff was overwhelmed, and service was lacking but they held it together and good on them saturday night. Pizza recipe was elementary school flavored and was not what we paid for, it lacked pepperoni a d sausage. Restaurant was crowded and not enough seating.

While the service is not always speedy, I actually enjoy the pizza. I have had a couple of the pasta dishes; nothing to write home about. They let you redeem your WinStar points to pay for the food, not the alcohol however. And I like the updated, remodeled restaurant.

This is straight up New York Street food Pizza paper thin lite marinara light cheese and large pepperoni that covers the entire slice. Forget about it. I drive 45 minutes just to get me two slices. And may play a little roulette

Surprised to see Matador’s is one of the lowest rated restaurants in WinStar?? I’m pretty picky about my pizza and eat here nearly every time I come to this casino. The pizza is very good, just ask for an extra cup of sauce to go with it. I’ve generally found the employees to be helpful and doing a decent job. Apparently others have bad experiences, but as I said, I’ve eaten here many, many times. Give it a try!
