We stopped in for lunch and will definitely be back. The vegetarian burrito came on a fresh-made, grilled flour tortilla with beans, rice, lettuce, cilantro, onion, and cheese. The vegetarian taco came on a fresh-made corn tortilla with the same base plus avocado. Both were simple, clean, and well-balanced. No oily grilled bell peppers or overstuffed filler, just fresh ingredients you could individually see and taste.
We also tried all four salsas. Each had great flavor and a distinct level of heat. The beans and rice on the side were also solid.
Service was friendly and fast, and we left full (in a good way) with a few leftovers for later. Looking forward to returning and next time, we’ll ask if we can buy some of those amazing tortillas to go.
Delicious homemade corn tortillas.
I ordered 2 Tripas tacos. They were ok but the tripa was a little chewy and gritty with a bit of an aftertaste. I like mine crispy and well seasoned.
They do a nice job keeping their various salsa options refrigerated and free from contamination. That’s good since it’s self-serve. Decent red salsa, not too spicy. I prefer my salsa spicy ️.
It was busy from 12-1 but the crew did a good job getting out the order of the group of six ahead of me. I think I took just as long to order as it did for the kitchen to prepare all of their meals.
Overall I enjoyed my meal 7/10. I’d be interested in trying their various meats on their delicious tortillas. They have a couple of tables set up for eating and parking is easy and wheelchair ♿️ accessible.
We go to a lot of taco trucks and I’m not sure what happened here. Genuinely awful. Tortillas were soggy and soft , meat was wildly diced and small and without flavor.
If you want better tacos, go to Rico’s tacos or El jefe. This was surprisingly bad for a place called master taco
The food was good, hot and fresh but I was surprised and taken aback by the high cost.
The one thing I truly believe they NEED to do is put more meat on their tacos. they don’t load them up as much as some of the other trucks around the area. But they still charge the same prices. Hopefully we get to see them make this happen sooner than later
