Edit as of July 2024: Sad to say that the pizza and salad options here have changed significantly since they opened. Salad is now just cheese and salami, and both that and pizza are now smaller portions with less toppings. Service was very good still but the portions and food unfortunately is not what it was before. It was also significantly less busy. Hopefully they can revive their menu/food to bring back lost customers.
Original Review: We have been here 3 times since they opened, twice for carry out and once dining in, and have been very impressed. The pizza is really delicious, fresh and carefully made. They are very friendly and organized in the kitchen and extras like garlic butter and salad dressing were provided with a smile. The salads are really yummy too! Recently we dined in for the first time and I was impressed by how clean the employees kept the dining area and how friendly they were when we asked for water cups/plates/cutlery. I think it’s a challenge to open a new business with a brand new staff but they are definitely doing a great job. Overall, super happy to say that this is a wonderful addition to Brecksville and we will be returning often!

My last review was around eight months ago, and I was so happy with how my pizza came out that I felt like I had to write another one. I go to Master Pizza about two to three times a month now, and it still has not let me down. I recently dined in on Friday and tried their Cleveland deep dish for the first time, and it was so good. I will say this again and will keep saying it, Master Pizza is the best pizza place in town. Whether it’s great service when I dine in or great service when I pick up, everyone is super nice, and my pizza is always right and on time. I will continue to recommend this place, and I will continue to support Master Pizza forever.

We actually visited the icecream shop, Corradi’s Scoops, which is on the left side of the building.
There is a wide selection of icecream to choose from. And you get a large portion.

Bo was an incredible host. My family stopped in for lunch today and our expectations were exceeded! This was our first time here.
Pizza was fast, and delicious when it arrived. Service was impeccable; Bo was friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. We will definitely be back!

I generally don’t like pizza (I know that’s a foreign concept to most people), that being said Master Pizza Columbus Style pepperoni with char sausage cooked well-done was the best pizza I’ve ever had in the US. I didn’t stop eating until it was gone.

The website was down. I wanted to order online but kept getting pop menus or if I wanted to review pizza. Wanted to add my regular customer 20% off and could not get to regular menu. Last time this happened, I was hassled at Master pizza to put the 20% on my order so I said forget it and got a pizza from East of Chicago this time

Be warned! Received a Master Pizza gift card from a friend. Spent 10 minutes placing the online Order. Looked everywhere for a place to enter the gift card. There is no place to enter it on their website! Called Master pizza and they said they would not honor the online deals over the phone even though they won’t accept their own Master Pizza gift card on their website. Complete stupidity! Be warned do not purchase their gift cards. Had a bad experience a couple months ago with an order. Would not of even tried them again if it wasn’t for the gift card.

They super had me so pissed . There app is damn near completely broke they aren’t doing nothing about it and a bunch of people had said something. You dont get to offer coupons then make it to where u cant use them at all thats not right was going there alot now thats done
