Where once you could watch them hand-pull the noodles, there is now a sign hiding a machine. I’m not picky, but I have to be honest and say these are the worst ramen noodles I’ve ever had. They don’t have to be hand-pulled, fine, but I really don’t care for the new ones. I’m not sure if the noodles biased me, but the broth doesn’t taste as good as I remember either. I’m so bummed.

My husband and I went to the mall on 9/21. We were getting hungry and noticed they were handing out samples. We tried their noodles, and we were hooked! Glad they are in Riverside. Solid delicious food. The best part? The noodles are handmade right in front of you. We will definitely be back. Check them out, won’t regret it.

In a mall food court setting, this is really the best option you can go for. I ordered the braised chicken noodle soup and it was delicious! Great portion with surprisingly lots of chicken chunks. Would recommend if you want a homemade-quality type of meal when you’re at the mall.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The ramen noodles were just plain spagehetti noodles. The broth had no flavor whatsoever. Super oily/fatty. The meat in the ramen was a day old at least and smelled off. I felt sick eating it. The Gyoza are frozen and reheated but it tastes like chewy plastic/leather. Worst spot in the food court literally eat anywhere else in there. AVOID.

We decided to try this new place and wish we hadn’t. It is terrible. We ordered soup, dumplings, bao and scallion pancakes. Every single item was absolutely terrible. I actually watched the owner go in the back, retrieve an old scallion pancake and reheat it on the grill. The char su bao were offensive, and worse quality than frozen ones you buy at 99 ranch! The soup was disgusting spicy. My husband loves it as spicy as it can get but he said it was disgusting, no flavor and the spicy was not in good way. On top of all that, it was really over priced. You can tell the 5 star reviews are all fake because there’s only 5 star and 1 star reviews, nothing in between. Avoid this place, it is gross.

Food and service were good. Maybe a little on the bland side. Noodles have good texture. I had the chow mein and my daughter had the braised beef noodles soup. There was a good amount of crisp veggies in both and the meat wasn’t fatty, which was nice. Not great but not bad.

I’am a repeat customer but NOT ANYMORE my recent experience on June 1, 2025 was horrible the teenager who was at the register who was supposed to be taking orders was extremely rude seemed like he didn’t care to be there and just told me to order on the kiosk machine it was off putting of course I still placed my order got it to enjoy took the rest home and what I discovered near the end of my noodle soup was mortifying I found an insect at the bottom of the bowl more specifically an Earwig insect (thanks to google I was able to discover what kind of insect it was exactly) I was in complete and utter shock and threw up immediately I couldn’t believe it the health department needs to do an immediate inspection/investigation I’ll provide pictures of course you guys lost a faithful customer for certain I’m so disappointed!!!
