Wow, the pan fried beef dumpling was soooo delicious!!! Juicy inside. The beef noodle was also satisfying. No pics left because we’re too hungry and just realized what’s left was the broth.
The service was great and the guy in the counter was full of smile and polite.
Sit outside with a view of mountain and trees (but also cars) the best seating in the area.

This place is pretty good for a 1st try. I will come back again after trying their combo#2 braised beef combo with a sweet tea. The soup was hot, the noodles chewy and the tea was nice lightly sweetened black tea. They deserve a better score but they are in the mall.

I went to their Montebello location in the mall AND WOW I can’t believe how good it was – AUTHENTIC Chinese is so good. I got the Number 2 beef combo. The beef was so tender and their noodles were PERFECT. I sat there and drank the broth feeling happy hahaha GET A BOWL and be ready to feel satisfied and sleepy after!!

$15 for a spicy chicken ramen with a drink and 4 dumplings that is extremely delicious and authentic, in this economy, this is amazing! I hope to see it stand for decades to come. Plus the portions are huge, as I’m typing this I’m eating my leftovers, a whole other big bowl!
Also the service is 10/10 didn’t get the name of the cashier but he went above and beyond with the recommendations as i wasn’t that experienced with this cuisine of ramens. Looking forward to trying new styles maybe the beef!

Hidden charges, Check your bills!
I ordered 4 bowls of noodles today, but the subtotal was $5 higher than it should have been. The receipt they provided was NOT itemized—it only showed the total. After I questioned it, they finally admitted an extra side dish was added to my bill without my consent.
The thing we didn’t ordered this and we didn’t receive any dishes but only four bowls, there is a picture I offered to prove.
The owner refused to take responsibility, simply blaming the staff but refusing to rectify the overcharge. Always ask for an itemized receipt if you want to try this one.

I’ve had the pork tonkatsu and the second time I had the braised beef dry noodle and both times the food has been great, fresh, hot with lots of flavor. Love the egg in the tonkatsu. Cashier always helpful and kind. A must try when visiting the Montebello mall.

Give this place a try. The noodles are thicc like a milkshake beef and pork servings were cooked excellent. I got the miso sesame ramen extra spicy!

I ordered the spicy braised beef noodle soup, beef roll pancake, and pan-fried handmade beef dumplings — everything was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent as well; the staff were kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. The only minor drawback was that the spoons provided were a bit small, but aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely go back again!
