Went for the buffet on Taco Tuesday. Everything was good, pizza was good, customer service is a pizza shop. Nothing spectacular but they did their job satisfactory. Forgot all about their buffet if you like pizza and buffets you should try them out. Heard they have amazing garlic bread haven’t had it yet

This place was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We went during lunch hour for the lunch buffet. We had forgot that kids were out on spring break and with that being said the staff kept up with the crowd that was there. There was not an empty spot on the buffet and the salad bar was completely stocked as well. The pizza was always fresh and hot and there was a nice variety. Plus if you wanted a special pizza like their dessert pizza they brought it out and oh it was awesome. The lunch buffet runs from 11 to 2 Monday through Friday and the cost is $11.99 including drink. I definitely recommend this location and I will return myself.

Ordered a small order (small pizza, two cheese breads, boneless wings) and it took nearly two hours to come. They told me on the phone that it was just coming out of the oven, but it arrived cold. Love Masseys pizza, but the service at this location has been bad on multiple occasions.

The chicken bacon ranch was my favorite there. The pepperoni pizza was really good and loved how crispy they were. The cinnamon bread wasn’t my favorite because I prefer the stick kind, but the cinnamon and icing were still good.

Disappointing. Ordered from Massey’s for the first time. Order took over 1.5 hours to arrive on a Tuesday evening! We called after an hour to check status. At that point, when they realized there was a problem, they should have proactively offered at least a discount for the delay. When the pizzas arrived, they were lukewarm. Pizzas were just OK, and fries were just OK.

My only complaint is that I ordered a stromboli and was expecting a sauce of pizza sauce like we get at the reynoldsburg location and the Whitehall location but we got 3 little cups. Other than that food was good store was clean and staff were very nice and helpful.

If you like crunchy crusts, this is the place for you. Heavy on the corn starch and the seasoning on top of the pizza. Even the cinnabread was crunchy, which I was not a fan of. I won’t fault you for liking it though if that’s your thing.

I have a Massey’s Pizza around the corner from me but Massey’s Pizza in Gahanna is the only one we go to because they have been the only one that has made my order right every time for the last few years! I give this place 5 Stars!! The parmesan garlic wings are absolutely my favorite!!!! ❤️
