I ordered a Dinner Salad through their website. They added green olives despite it not being in the website description. They removed all of the cheese (the only reason I even order this salad).
I called in to let them know. A woman was very rude on the phone as soon as she realized I was calling to report a problem. She told me there’s two kinds of olives on the salad regardless of what the website says, and “dinner salads never come with cheese – you HAVE to add it”. I told her this is completely different than the website description. She didn’t care. She said to call in my order next time so it can be “exactly what you want”.
Be careful when ordering online, I guess. You can’t trust their website descriptions.
She told me the solution to all of this is for me to drive back to the restaurant to pick up a new salad. I told her I’m not doing a 20 minute round trip all over again. I’m going to stay home to eat dinner with my family.
She suggested I accept a discount on a future order. This was my first time ever trying Massey’s and I don’t want to come back, so there’s no use for a discount. I requested a refund of the salad. She thought for a moment, then obliged. There was never any apology or empathy at all. It was weird. If there hadn’t been any food issues, I wouldn’t return to this location just based on my experience with this lady. How are they going to mess up my food and then treat me like I’m the problem? Yikes

Cheese sticks were under cooked not crispy on outside like they should be. Grilled chicken salad was skimpy on the chicken and cheese 93% lettuce pepperoni pizza was barely just ok. For me my Red Baron frozen pizza from home is better, more tasty. Spending nearly $40 left the place with feeling disappointed. I don’t mind spending $ for good food and Service but not for medicore. For 1/4 the price I can make better at home. Another time I got a meatball sub and you don’t get meatballs on the sub you get meat SLICES? Yea they slice the meatballs and spread it thin to cover the sub bun. That’s weird and more skimpyness and taste wise it was just ok also. So I gave this place a few tries. Many better options out there. Will not return here

Massey’s is one of my favorite pizzas. I’ve visited many locations around Columbus over the years and the pizza is always the same. It’s not my go to pizza place, but one of my regular stops. Sometimes I just craze a Massey pizza. My favorite part is the corn meal under the crust. It helps the crust cook and adds another texture to the experience. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t already.

This is the only chain pizza joint I go to. The staff/owners are outstanding, and I’ve ordered/eaten here at the Pataskala location more times than I can count. I have never had one issue with food quality, quantity, nor the time it takes to complete an order. Highly recommended location!

Ordered online, went into the restaurant and still had to wait 25 minutes after time it was suppose to be done. The attitudes of the employees were rude and short as well. It was not worth the wait! Spaghetti noodles were way over cooked barely any sauce and garlic bread was soggy. Please do not respond with Pandemic as an excuse…. other restaurants and eateries are experiencing the Pandemic as well and are giving quality food, with Good customer service. Not the kind I received at this location. I don’t even want a giftcard, I would never use it.. will never go back. Fair warning others as well.

This was my first visit to this or any Massey’s Pizza restaurants. The curb appeal/impression is less than desirable. My wife and I pull up to pickup our order and there are 3 individuals loitering out front smoking cigarettes and drinking energy drinks and/or soda. Not a very welcoming sight!
Inside the staff was very pleasant and the place seemed very clean.
