The service we received was impeccable. Cory treated us like royalty . We ordered the smoked trout from the seasonal menu, the ribeye and the filet mignon and even though one was slightly overcooked our server insisted on bringing us a new steak. Both steaks were seasoned perfectly and we ordered all 6 of the sauces and our favorite was the chimichurri. We had ice cream for dessert and the house made chocolate was insane. It was expensive but probably the best meal I’ve had in Spokane.

Excellent breakfast Country Fried Steak, the sausage gravy complemented the crispy breading and the whole dish, the staff is friendly and attentive so your meal won’t be bad. I am unfortunately going to mention the casino on this review, as this was the ONLY breakfast spot open at the time. If you spend $300+ a night and money on the casino, the hotel HAS to have a complementary breakfast or voucher of some sort for guests, no excuses. Epiq used to do breakfasts, but they closed for renovation and will not be doing them again. Cheaper hoters offer at least a small continental breakfast, I am very disappointed in the Hotel’s business method of not offering breakfast considering the amount spent here.

Super disappointed! Was our first time here and was our anniversary. Ordered the king crab legs and they were super cold and flaky I was assuming we would get king crab legs as that is what it said, but we got only claws and knuckles. Really wish I would have known that or I would not have ordered. Steak also was ok not the best really was hoping this would have been a 5 star meal due to the price. Don’t think we will
Come back again.

This was one of our biggest highlights in Spokane. The ambience was great, service was impeccable from Cody & Dusty. The star was their food. The perfect butter and bread for our mussels, which were so flavorful. My wife had the Huckleberry Salmon, which she stated was the best cooked salmon of her life and we grew up in the PNW. They nailed that fish, including the perfect Jackson Pollock plating of the food. The rack of lamb with mustard cream was divine. I’ve never had lamb chips that tender and perfectly cooked. I was blown away at the execution of the food. It ranks up their as one of our top restaurants of all time. Well done.
We elwent back another day for their breakfast here and it was also incredible. The burrito was massive, but that crab omelet with hollandaise sauce was the best. Their specialty coffee was so delicious as well.

Five stars for our Sunday morning brunch at Masselow’s today! The service was impeccable, and the brunch menu was impressive with something for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly hash, as well as sage biscuits and gravy. The cajun chicken and waffle was my fave, with its light perfect texture paired with chicken and candied pecans, To top it off, we enjoyed espresso drinks seved from Thomas Hammer which our excellent server brought to our table.

So! Let me start by saying that I am a local Las Vegas foodie and former carnivore diet enthusiast. I believe this qualifies me for the following review.
Believe me when I say that this was the best breakfast I have ever had!!! I ordered the steak and eggs, which exceeded my expectations. All high quality, tender and prepared to perfection!
The hashbrowns were crispy and not.
My friend ordered the eggs benedict. It did not disappoint. The coffee was amazing as well. The wait staff was on point, friendly and knowledgeable.
So good that I had to tip the chef.
The decor is warm. inviting and earthy.
This is my spot when I return to visit Spokane. Can’t wait to eat dinner here next time.

Very disappointing. Service was lacking just like the food. For the prices you’d expect better quality.

-Sigh- I’m usually so easy to please when someone else makes dinner. Our waitress was fantastic and the restaurant layout was nice for a more private dining experience. The food did not meet our expectations by a long shot for the price. We were woefully disappointed.

Firstly, I have to admit, my husband is a self-appointed steak connoisseur, with a refined palate for steak, by cut and cooking. He ordered rare, and almost sent it back as it was way overcooked for a rare order. He said it was a $30 steak at best. I ordered lamb. It tasted okay to me, but I was disappointed at the small portions, 2 shanks. It was plated in a lovely way though, but for the price it needs to have wow taste.

The salad had enormous sized, burnt croutons. The waitress noticed them being burnt when she came back and replaced them. The scalloped potatoes looked interesting but were cold in the middle and bland.

We thought we’d order desserts to go in hopes those might salvage our night out splurge. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake, creme brûlée, and beignets. They were all the worst we’ve ever had. The small slice of cake had only a 1/5 inch layer or so of chocolate and was mostly some sort of white nougat or cream. The creme brûlée had an odd flavor and the caramelized crust was so thick and hard it was really hard to eat. The tiny beignets were hard, as though they had been sitting out, stale.

I really hate to give such a critical review. We’ve been here once before a while back and were disappointed then too, maybe not as badly. So I wanted to share our experience before some plunks down their money with high dining expectations.

Interestingly, it seemed like they had more seafood options than steak. Diners should also be aware that they include a generous service/gratuity fee of I believe 25% in your bill, as many patrons are probably staying overnight at the resort. We did NOT notice that service fee and added another 20% or so for a tip. We did not want to fault the waitress for our disappointment with the food, as she was great.

Overall I’d say this is definitely the place for a great steak dinner! They have a good selection of other meal options too without it being a overwhelming menue.
Staff was very professional and stayed on top of refills and ask.
Only thing that surprised us was the automatic service fee added to the bill which worked out to be about 28% of the bill.
Recommend making reservations.
