We went for our family dinner, party of 14. It was my first time here. Our server was very attentive and sweet. The food was delicious, everything was amazing. My Cajun Pasta was cooked to perfection, so flavorful. The white fish was so delicious, the salmon was so moist and full of flavor. We will definitely be back, soon.

We hosted our a rehearsal dinner at Massa’s of Course! in St. Charles, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we walked in, Dominic, Tony, and Jack made us feel like family.
Coordinating a dinner for 45 people can be stressful, but they handled everything with such ease and genuine kindness. The service was spot-on, the team was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for—warm, relaxed, and welcoming.
The food was fantastic, the portions generous, and the value was excellent for a large group. Our guests kept telling us how nice the evening was and how well everything was taken care of.
We’re truly grateful to the entire team for helping make such an important night feel effortless and special. Highly recommended for any event or celebration.

This is without a doubt my favorite Italian restaurant! My husband had eaten at the Ballwin location when we were dating, but decided to return on our anniversary and try the St. Charles location. This location didn’t disappoint! We were greeted at the door with friendly staff. Our server helped us choose our meal. She did an excellent job, because our meal was sooooo amazing. And the drinks… the drink specials were so stinking good! Our food was served fast and fresh out of the oven… delicious! After our meal, the manager took the time to come out and meet us personally to make sure we enjoyed our meal… who does that?? Best food, best service… love it! Highly recommend!

Stopped in after a long day on the road, and our group was craving comfort in the form of pasta, so we thought we’d try Massa’s.
I ended up trying the meatball sandwich. The bread was soft, and the meatballs were juicy and flavorful.
The bread basket came out with the food, and I’m not sure that’s typical, but we would’ve devoured it if it had been set out earlier. We were starving, so we ordered mozzarella sticks but would’ve loved bread as an appetizer.
The food was good but not truly remarkable in any type of way.

Our favorite local restaurant around New Town. Always a great experience, food, service and atmosphere. It can get extremely busy but never a long wait for seating or your meal. Hats off to the entire staff. Never met the owners but it shows they know how to run a tight ship in these days of the hospitality industry.

First timer here! I was a little nervous when I saw how close we were seated to other people. I wasn’t a fan of being so close to others that we could hear word for word their conversations. If you’re an introvert like me, don’t let it discourage you. The service and food 100% made up for it. I’m super picky when it comes to my salad. If I’m craving a salad, I want it to be cold, fresh and crisp. The Caesar salad was exactly that. I honestly think they have the best Caesar salad around, definitely my new favorite. I got that along with the baked mostaccioli off of the lunch menu. Once again, amazing. It was hot, fresh and flavorful. For being a lunch menu item, the portion of salad was bigger than I expected, the pasta was exactly what you’d expect from a lunch menu. So glad we tried it, I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve taken groups to Massa’s many of times but I’ve never eaten there( not any location). I must be crazy the food was as close to perfect as perfect can get. The wings especially, they were meaty & cooked to perfection not cooked so hard to were I couldn’t eat them like at other restaurants. Pizza,salad, & wings were all good. Can’t wait to try other items. Massa’s has my vote! Thank you for the good food

Restaurant was clean and food came out timely, but the overall experience begged for that something “more.” I rate this establishment as average, nothing special. There is better Italian food for similar prices at other locations.
– Server did not have her hair pulled back. This is a huge no no and is a health department violation.
– Carbonara sauce appeared to be made with bacon bits. I like bacon, but was expecting the meal to have real bacon pieces. The flavor and texture of the bacon felt like baco-bits.
– Pizza was burned around the edges.
– Medallions were ordered Med and were served Med-rare/Almost Rare.
This was our second time here, as we wanted to give it a second chance. We will go elsewhere for our Italian food.
