Great food, service and prices. I had steak and eggs with home fries and raisins toast, coffee also orange juice. Steak was nice size, cooked medium rare, lots of flavor. If you’re in the area I recommend them.

A cute brunch spot where the waitresses are friendly. There are a ton of regulars and it’s obvious why. Food was absolutely delicious and there are tons of options for both breakfast and lunch. They’ll make requested adjustments if you have something specific in mind.

Heard good things about Mason Grill and decided to try a Seafood platter takeout. Plenty of tasty fried fish with a decent portion of whole belly clams, jumbo shrimp and scallops. It was all very good for a decent price. I will go again

We went in for breakfast this morning and was quite surprised at how not really crowded it was at 840 am. I had Belgian waffle with crispy bacon. Was very good. D had hash, eggs, potatoes and rasing toast. He said it was good. We normally go to a different place but we had a gift card. The service was great food was hot but I’m going to stick to my other place. Feels more like home to me. With that being said masons has good food great people and all around you won’t be sorry going in. The lunches are delicious to say the least. Worth the trip! Thank you

Went and had a delicious fish sandwich for lunch today and hubby had fried scallops. Our good friend and sister took us for lunch. She had fried whole belly clams which she loved.
We truly appreciate the awesome service and great food we received at masons grille. Definitely going back. Just the cutest little local breakfast and lunch place.
