Two rolls and two small cups of soup comes to about $70. For that price you’d think you’d be getting something really good quality, but it falls very short of expectations.
We ordered warm Connecticut lobster rolls, and New England Clam Chowder.
Half of the lobster was cold still, and the chowder was basically potato soup. You’ll be hard pressed to find much clam in there.
For the price, this place is not worth it.

If you want a taste of Maine lobster, this is your place. The lobster rolls are fantastic and plentiful. You taste everything, the juicy lobster, the butter, the lemon pepper seasoning, the perfectly toasted bun, and a nice slice of fresh lemon, with just a touch of mayo. PERFECT! The service was fantastic and friendly. Don’t think of the price, this is a food experience you must enjoy. MAY 12th, the new crab rolls are wonderful and a perfect compliment to the lobster rolls. A must try!

I’ve walked by this place more than a dozen times and never tried it until now. I went with a lobster salad roll and a side potato salad. If you love mayo and celery mix, you can add this to one of your favorites. I loved it. Toast was just right. The roll was packed with a slice of lemon. It was overall tasty, mouth watery, and flavorful. You can taste the lemon squeeze and the lemon dressing, the mayo, celery, and black pepper. The lobster portion was generous and not too much or too little. The potato salad was very tasty even though it tasted similar to the ones you buy at the grocery store so nothing too original, but it was still very tasty if you love potato salad. Service was fast and good customer service. I honestly have to say that the price is reasonable compared to different places that offer the same type within St. Paul. I haven’t tried other places outside of St. Paul. It was generally $10 less at Mason’s. I’ve paid $25 at a different place in St. Paul and I was disappointed and that’s only the roll without a side. At Mason’s, my total with my side potato salad and with tax came to about $20. And it was tasty <3 note that the potato salad was similar to your standard side dish you'd get anywhere else (not your large side you'd get at Popeyes lol) I devoured my lobster salad roll fast and I'll be coming back. I'll have to try the other rolls to determine which ones my favorite.

Lobster rolls are one of my favorite foods, and when I saw Mason’s, I had to try one. The prices were good (about 8 dollars less compared to another lobster roll place), and it tasted good! I worried for the lower price it would be the imitation lobster, but it was real, and the roll was the traditional east coast style and warm as it should be. It was a bit heavy on the dressing for my taste, but it was delicious.

Classic Lobster Roll is the best, so delicious. Staff is always friendly. The price is on the higher end, but it is lobster, so that is to be expected and there is a lot of lobster on this sandwich. I’ve eaten here 3 times and it has always been great.

Located just outside the food court on the north side of the mall of America this place delivers quick high-end food.

Incredibly shrinking lobster rolls. One of the worst cases of shrinkflation I have ever seen. I am not surr how they stay open. I love lobster, but there is never a line here. I have sandwiches here before. The piece of bread is much smaller than it used to be and the sandwich is shorter by more than an inch. They mad the boxes smaller, but is is still too big for their now smaller lobster rolls. They are about half the size of lobster rolls I can get any place else that serves them in the Twin Cities. Avoid this place. I won’t be back.

This was a great sandwich! I got the Connecticut roll and my wife got the Lobster Salad Roll. Both were full of tender lobster but the salad roll also had mayonnaise and veggies added. The bun was split and grilled with butter (inside and out) before the filling was added. This is a sandwich stand so you have to take your food to the tables in the food court to eat.

Tried the Classic Lobster Roll and the Lobster Mac and Cheese. The roll was not bad at all but the Mac and Cheese and the roll portions were a bit smaller than I thought. Pricey, obviously lobster isn’t cheap. Service was awesome! Guy working was very friendly! I’ll probably get the roll again in the future but probably not the Mac and Cheese.

We got the lobster roll and a cup of clam chowder. The food was alright. All of it together cost $35. Which seems like a lot but consider the fact that it’s just actual lobster in the roll. It’s great to experience once.
