This was my first time trying lobster rolls and I loved it so much! The lobster was soo fresh tasting and had really good portions. It had just the right amount of butter and seasoning where it didn’t over power the lobster taste. The blue berry soda was really refreshing and tasty, I highly recommend trying it out. The lobster mac was really cheesy and once again had amazing portions of lobster in it! Will definitely be back for some more!!!

Ordered delivery from here and it was mediocre. I ordered the lobster grilled cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Mind you I live pretty close, I would think it would still be warm but it was not. Will I order again? Probably not.

Very fresh lobster rolls! Staff was super welcoming and friendly and they started making our order before we even paid! The shrimp roll and bar harbor roll were very good! Also love their glass soda bottles, the blueberry soda was surprisingly very good! highly recommend

I saw the reviews and was excited to try, but very disappointed. Went here Friday at 1pm.
Got the Connecticut lobster roll. Taste so bland, no butter on the lobster. I think they forgot to put on the butter or seasoning. I’m not picky with these things, but this was terrible. They forgot to include the lemon slice and pickle too. I expected a bit more for a $21 roll.

We wanted something different so checked out this place. It hit the spot! Loved the warm lobster roll with clam chowder!
We don’t eat this often but know we know where to go when we want some lobster rolls in town!

I was skeptical about getting a lobster roll from a chain restaurant but it was perfect! They might be pricey but a trip to Maine for lobster is more expensive. Thank you, Masons for bring lobster rolls to me!

This is such a shame, because I was rooting for this new addition to our neighborhood. Tonight was our third time getting takeout from Mason’s. The previous times the food was ok – we hoped maybe it was just growing pains as they settled in. And my daughter wanted to go somewhere “a little special” after having a good night at gymnastics. But tonight was rough. We came in around 7:45pm and were the only customers in the restaurant. The staff was pretty low energy getting our order together. I’m not expecting them to rush around or anything but they seemed not entirely clear on what needed to get done. And they were literally texting in between tasks, while my young daughter and I waited patiently.
I noticed that they only prepped and packed one of our two tater tots. When they were closing up the bag, I asked, “Just to check, there are two tots in there right?” They showed me the one they’d just put in and said “Yes”. I said, “right, but there are two total? We ordered two…” The two staff whispered among each other before acknowledging that no, they’d only made one. So we waited longer for those to be done and quietly packed into our bag – no apology or any further acknowledgment.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t redeem the pickup experience either. The tots were soggy. The bread on our 3 rolls was stiffer than previous visits (like toasted stale bread). And I had a big ole shell in my roll, which I know isn’t entirely in their control but just felt like one last blow.
The experience and food just doesn’t stand up to the value. Bummer.

Great lobster rolls and clam chowder. They get the bread toasted just right and the lobster tastes fresh. Parking can a little annoying but the food is worth it if you’re in the mood for this.

They catered my wife’s birthday party and everyone loved the lobster rolls and clam chowder. As an old New England boy, I can’t say I’ve had better. Great service and super easy to work with. As a bonus birthday gift, they gave my wife a lovely Yeti drink cup with a lobster engraved on it.
