We ordered food and they told us it would be ready in ~45 minutes. A little long for a few sushi rolls and crab rangoons but no matter. We arrived at the time they said the food would be ready only to find it was not ready yet. We waited 30 MORE minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, and it STILL WAS NOT READY. Had them refund us for the sushi that was not ready and took what was. You would think that all that extra time preparing would mean the food was incredible, right? WRONG. Some of the worst crab rangoons and sushi we have ever eaten. I would give 0/5 stars if I could.
DO NOT COME HERE. IT’S HORRIBLE.
Edit: Since they deleted it, I’m adding it back for the customers. Owner replied and then deleted a response to this review saying “Ok,you’re the customer,you’re always right. You can do whatever you want”. See the picture for proof. Again, do not come here.
We decided to call the restaurant and the lady that answered it doesn’t speak much English and was not understanding much of anything we were trying to ask her. We told her we had placed an online order on their website. Gave her my girlfriend’s name address and phone number and she said she could not find it. She said she would call us right back. Which she did. Only to ask for the same information all over again. And again she said she could not find it that she would get a supervisor to call us. Meanwhile my girlfriend checked her bank account they had deducted the money from her account. We got no call from the supervisor so we called back for a third time. This time spoke to a different person when he didn’t find it I asked to talk to a manager. Then they put somebody on the phone who said was the owner. He couldn’t speak English very well so it was hard to understand him. But basically he said that the order is out for delivery meanwhile the other two people had said it was still at the restaurant and the other person said they couldn’t find it. All we got were conflicting answers. My girlfriend(whos a Godsend) contemplated stopping the payment on her bank account. Finally over a total of 2 hours later from time of order the gentleman (who was very nice)showed up with our order. I smiled and thanked him because it was not his fault. Once we got the order, there was even more disappointment. Her sweet and sour chicken was all breading and no chicken my sweet and sour shrimp was the same way. And the sweet and sour sauce was only filled halfway in the container and no vegetables just the cold putrid sauce.We also did not get our second egg roll and we got no soy sauces. And the food was pretty cold for the most part. It was a frustrating experience and our first time ordering from here and it will be our last.
If you’re looking for Chinese food in this area Imho keep scrolling for something better.
