I know there are a few locations and so far, this location has been the best one I’ve tried! Overall, I’d say give this spot a try if you’re around and in the mood for a great taco or burrito.
I tried the Surf and Turf Burrito. I’m always skeptical of seafood in the desert. That said, the shrimp tasted great! The burrito itself is big and could have been two meals if I had wanted to save some for later.
We also got the Diablo Verde Burrito and Chicken Quesadilla. Those were also good portions for the price.
This location was also very clean which we appreciated. Thank you!
One additional note, they do not serve alcohol at this location. I’ll post a picture of the notice which goes into more detail. If you’re looking for a good cerveza with your burrito, you’ll have to try another spot.

I am SHOCKED that this place doesn’t have 5 stars!!! Celeste not only took our order, she cooked our food, served our food, and made our drinks; and she did it all faster than most places we’ve gone out to! Then….there’s the food! My mind was blown at how phenomenal the food was. Definitely apart from your typical Mexican restaurants. Nothing from a can here friends!! We have found our new “spot”!

First time trying this place, I’m from La so I’m pretty spoiled when it comes to to Mexican food. Since being in the valley my go to has been Cali Tacos but I came across this place on TikTok & wanted to try it. We ended up going to their old location they just closed and ran into the owner Marta. She told us where the new location was & that it was more spacious. Determined to try this place we headed there it was about 8 minutes away. Before we left she offered us free margaritas which of course made my Friday lol. We got there it was empty but a line soon trailed in behind us. They make your food right in front of you & their service was great. We usually like to get our food to go but I wanted to enjoy the full experience. Long story short 10/10 will definitely be back & Cali Tacos has some competition. Thanks Marta for the free drinks

So disappointed! They ran out of red carnitas pork. The worker went in the back and literally walked out with a handful of pulled pork (hello Costo) and dumped it in the sauce? The meat was never flattopped before putting it on the quesadilla. It was cold, sloppy and gross. The enchilada sauce was totally watered down too. Not sure what happened. This used to be our favorite spot.

The restaurant had no signage for the different beverages sold or prices. We purchased the 4 taco plate and the quesadilla plate. The portion of the carne on the tacos was very small. The rice, beans, and carne were too salty for our taste. The quesadilla was big which was a plus.

This is a great place to meet a friend out two for lunch. His burrito was filling and my sopes were tasty.
The great thing about Maskadores is that you get to choose between 8 different meats for your protein.
With that said, if you want to consume your sopes like a civilized individual, using fork and knife, or spoon and knife (because your fork prongs are now pointing in 4 different directions, might I suggest you bring your own metal utensils?
You think I would have learned from my time at Cinnabon Swirl, but I didn’t. When I had finally finished, my styrofoam plate looked like ancient Mayans had carved nonsensical petroglyphs into it.

I love the space. It is clean and comfortable. The patio is really nice.
The food is excellent. The tinga chicken burrito is next level. I love that you get to customize it to your own tastes.
The prices are reasonable and the portions are large.
The staff is congenial.
Though I miss the Ahwatukee location, this place is great too.

I love getting take out here. The birria tacos and the taco salad are my regular go-tos. Seriously, you gotta try the taco salad. The staff are quick and friendly, and they make the food right in front of you, so you know its fresh.
