I’ve lived in Pekin my whole life and have never popped in here! So one Saturday the wife and I did just that, and wow! Such a fun place! The food was great the staff were bubbly and welcoming! I highly recommend if you’re in town and want a fun casual lunch.

Andrea and her crew were amazing. We used the banquet room for my daughters 18th bday party. The weather was horrible as we got the first big snow of the season but they opened for us and hosted such an amazing evening for us. We ate a beautiful taco bar that they provided and even created a nice non alcoholic themed drink for our party guests. We highly recommend them for anyone’s party needs.

I met Andrea (owner) to help us plan a small wedding reception. She was wonderful. She did a great job of decorating our room and sent pictures along the way to ensure everything looked great. She gave suggestions for appetizers and even offered a to make a “special ” dinner available for the night. We had a wonderful waitress – Joslyn- who made sure we had everything we needed. The night was perfect. If your looking for a place to hold your special event- I highly recommend Mashies.

The Sunset Hills Eatery did a fantastic job with our remembrance gathering. The food and set up were outstanding, and overall service was amazing. The banquet room worked very well for a “receiving” area, but we ended up with more people than expected. The staff moved the food to the main dining area with barely a mention and ensured the event went perfectly. Thank you! Pics are of the banquet and main dining areas the day before our event.

Sara helped us plan a surprise 40th birthday party for my friend. She did a fabulous job from beginning to end. We reserved the backroom sitting 32 was perfect for us. We ordered the Fiesta buffet. Everything turned out wonderfully. And cannot say enough about the fabulous wait staff. They were attentive all night with all the guests!!!! Great job. Thank you so so much!

Perfect place in Pekin to grab a drink and some good food. We love waitresses Ava and Lauren – they brighten our day when we are there. Andrea has done a great job finding a perfect menu to match the venue and atmosphere that is an upscale comfortable golf course clubhouse at heart. The deck is our fav in the Spring and Fall over looking the trees on the golf course. We don’t golf but we do Mashies!

My wife and I have eaten here 3 or 4 times recently and wanted to pass on how much we enjoyed the experience. The food has been excellent, we both had their wraps, I had the horseshoe, and my wife had a burger most recently. The food was tasty, well prepared, and reasonably priced. On our most recent visit we enjoyed the patio and our server Jocelyn did an awesome job. She was attentive and very enthusiastic. All in all, we would highly recommend “Mashie’s” to all who are looking for a relaxed and tasty dining experience.

I had the Flying Hawaiian and it was amazing. The burger was great and my waiter was awesome, I will say that the food took awhile to come out, it was a solid 30 minutes. We were the only ones waiting for food at that time, so I was surprised at the wait. That being said, we were not in a rush so it was all good.
