I ordered online around 9:25 PM. The system told me the order will be ready at 9:44 PM. I walked in at 9:45 PM. I was told the order is not ready yet. I told them it’s fine, take your time. I go into the restroom and I’m back in a minute or so. As soon as I walk out, the lady tells me it (restroom) was closed. But my food is ready so I take it and leave around 9:50 PM. Why say on Google Maps and at the storefront that the restaurant is open until 10 PM, and then treat your customers like they are making you work after closing time when they’re there before 10 PM?

Absolutely disgusting experience. I found hair in my food, and something else was floating in the curry that was completely unidentifiable. The butter chicken tasted awful, like it was mixed with something weird, and the texture was like glue – not at all how butter chicken should be. On top of that, there was this soggy water coming out of the curry. I couldn’t even take a single bite. This is by far the worst meal I’ve ever had. Never ordering from here again

and soup. The wok in their name justified in the food they served. The service is top notch. Glad that I made this food choice today! Not to forget about their amazing mango lassi, it is too yum!

The food was amazing a few years ago but now it the worst food I have ever had. The food was very weird and tasted like nothing. The service was also very bad. A couple of items we were served were wrong and one item that was served had gone bad. The absolute worst food and service I have experienced in years. Also serving spoilt/expired food raises heath safety concerns.

Should’ve taken all the 1 star reviews seriously here. This masala wok is a knock off of all the other locations in the dfw metroplex. The quality of the food is very bad. the rice was stale, chicken tasted old, the spicy pepper chicken looked like it was popped out of the freezer and cooked. Please don’t spend your money here, we threw away all the food and left. Unfortunately, the worst location of all the masala woks. Management – please fix up the quality of the food here! The staff was okay, just confused. The AC wasn’t working and the location could be a little cleaner.

I’ve been ordering from this location since 2023. They used to be great, but the quality has gone downhill. The last few times we’ve tried calling, no one answers. Today, the butter chicken was awful and the garlic naan was hard. Not worth the amount.
