Amazing Indian food! I will say I ate here cause I wanted to cool down from sweating all day from walking. I didn’t realize that medium spice for the lamb biryani meant still meant painfully spicy for a parched person LOL. Amazing food regardless would love to try the mango lassi if I ever do visit again.

Being vegetarian, we ordered veg Momo’s and veg biryani, and they both were super delicious. Veg options aren’t significant, however, the available veg options are sufficient. If you are around this area, you should definitely try this small restaurant. Self service.

Red doored Indian food in the middle of Georgetown. Tables are a bit dated. Service: Prompt and friendly who understand the menu. Vegetable Biryani: Well spiced, tasty, veggies were fresh, crunchy fried onions on top gives it more texture. Tikka masala paneer is well spiced, savoury, filling. $16 Biryani, $14-$16 entrees. Overall: great Indian fare with well spiced and balanced food. Recommend! Probably 4.5*

Georgetown is a delightful place for eateries and as Indian is my favorite cuisine it was a no-brainer to try this restaurant for lunch. It isn’t a lavish place with expensive silverware and plates but it is clean and the food is first rate. The owner made sure my lamb vindaloo was off the scale in terms of heat and the flavor and richness of the gravy was superb.

Not at all authentic, the Biryani had frozen veggies and rice was not cooked at all, the yogurt raita had no veggies and was stale. Very disappointed. I chose to go there because of 4.5 stars and google reviews, I was very disappointed. My friend who ordered the special of the day enjoyed her meal but that did not look fresh either. Most disappointing was no chai several customers came in for chai and there was no chai. Which Indian street food would NOT serve chai.

The flavors had me going into a trance. Genuinely one of the most tasteful eateries in Georgetown i’ve ever been. The food is prepared FRESH and obviously with love because each bite felt like a dream. I ate here with my boyfriend and we usually talk during meals but we were SILENT this time… that’s how you know the food is good. We got the chicken masala, lamb vindaloo, and mango lassi. Everything was unbelievable delicious and filling (we still have leftovers!! (rare)) 100000/10 coming back again and again because i’m already craving this place. COME AND GRUB YOU WONT REGRET!

No frills restaurant with excellent food. Convenient location slightly of the main shopping road. Friendly staff serving his good-sized portions for a reasonable price. You’re probably going to be full of your rat your whole order. Meals come in to go containers.
