We had their great lunch buffet. I’m grateful that even though we arrived toward the end of their lunch hour they made more chicken, lentils and vegetables for us. And… the fresh made naan that they brought out to us twice, was fresh and hot and fantastic! The service was very attentive and anticipated what we would need before we asked for it.

I was glad to find Indian food especially vegetarian in State College. Ordered vegetable makhani, roti and mango kheer. It was delicious, finger licking.
Two days later ordered malai kofta, Kashmiri naan, vegetable pakoras and the delicious mango kheer.
Large portions comes with rice, easily serves 2. Packing is durable and food arrives hot. Ordered on Uber Eats.

Tried the Lunch Buffet there in Apr 2018 when I was there with my team from India to participate in the E-Fest HPVC at Penn State University. The owner was really friendly, made us feel welcomed in US and congratulated us for being the only team from India in the competition. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in Pennsylvania now that I’m living and working in US.

Hole in the wall kind of restaurant but absolutely delicious and worth the trip. Love that they have a buffet style so we could try a little of everything. And we did and it was all amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

The buffet was fun and consistently good, with about half of the dishes vegetarian. Don’t miss the gulab jamun for dessert. Service is friendly and the prices are fair.

Kaarma used to offer good food with fair pricing. Recently they have jacked up the prices and shrunk their portions too. We ordered two meals and they only sent one rice with the order, which is even smaller portion than what a single rice order used to be.
