Masala Mantra is hands-down one of the best Indian restaurants in the entire US, especially here in Florida. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that authentic Indian touch — the aroma, the flavors, the vibe… everything feels like home.
Their Masala Dosa is absolutely incredible — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The Butter Naan paired with Chicken Tikka or Butter Chicken Masala is a combination you can never go wrong with. Every dish tastes fresh, rich, and cooked with passion.
The Biryani is aromatic and full of layers, and everything lamb on the menu is packed with deep, traditional Indian flavors. Whether you’re craving something spicy, creamy, or comforting, Masala Mantra delivers every single time.
This place is not just serving food — they’re serving true Indian hospitality and flavor in the heart of the USA.
Masala Mantra is the go-to spot. Absolutely amazing. Must visit.
We had a large family party with kids, and from the moment we arrived, everything was handled with total ease and professionalism. The service was impeccable—our server, Austin, delivered true five-star service from start to finish and made sure every detail was perfect. The food came out promptly (no long waits like you sometimes get with large groups), and everything was hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared.
What truly set this place apart was the extraordinary attention to detail. My favorite dish—and my son’s—wasn’t even on the menu: Mattar Paneer (peas and cheese). We asked if it could be made, and not only did they say yes, but it turned out to be the best version we’ve ever had. Absolutely outstanding.
The chef and owners were present, checking on tables, making sure everyone was happy, and clearly taking pride in every plate that left the kitchen. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
Even family members who don’t typically enjoy Indian food were blown away. Every single person loved their meal. Handling a big party with kids is no small feat—and they did it effortlessly (unlike me, and I’m related to these kids ).
Masala Mantra already has a 4.8-star rating, but in my book, it deserves far more. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and a genuinely welcoming experience. We will absolutely be back—and often.
Highly, highly recommend.
Their weekday lunch buffet is a great option if you want to try a little bit of everything, and the service is consistently excellent — always friendly and attentive.
Our only gripe is that prices have gone up noticeably over the past year, but honestly, the food and experience are still worth it. We’ll continue to be loyal customers. Highly recommend!
To evaluate the quality of the food, we prefer to try the weekend lunch buffet during our first visit to any Indian restaurant. It helps us determine if we should visit again for the à la carte dinner.
Observations:
– Food was average, but the service was non-existent.
– chicken tikka masala tray had only gravy, and never got refilled
– any question we asked the lady who was walking around, she answered: I don’t know
– After asking and waiting a while for the check, we decided it might be faster if we just went to the desk and paid.
Payment:
– Same lady again, and she charged us for 3 buffets, instead of just 2.
– She also appeared surprised that my husband noticed
– She didn’t know how to cancel/modify the transaction
– So the manager offered to refund the extra buffet price in cash.
Great way to ruin a happy weekend vibe I’m never going back.
P.S – They have a lunch buffet every day 11:30 – 2:30pm. Great great way to try Indian if you never tried it.
