An excellent Bangladeshi restaurant/ grocery outlet. First time here and will be coming back for more. You can get your weekly groceries done along with some really good food. I’ve tried their buffet and some items from the menu. Everything as beyond expectations. All the employees were beyond friendly, a family environment.

I have been to this storefront a time or two, but only realized it has a food take out counter in the back today! I love this cuisine and cannot believe I’ve lived in Phelps luck for 5 years and not realized it sooner.
I called in an order and when I came to pick up, the owner was incredibly friendly. Gave us some samples and told me about the wonderful buffet they offer.
Food was delicious & authentic. Everything from the Samosas (both veggie & chicken), the naan, down to the rice (cooked with a full cinnamon stick). I’m so excited for my leftovers and can’t wait to try more from here.

I am so glad we found this halal restaurant. The hospitality and atmosphere is amazing. The food taste is like home cooked food, Azad uncle was very kind and kept on checking on us to see if we need anything. I recommend this place 10/10.
And they hv whole tandoori chicken is $10 for the first order and $15 afterwards which is insane price, buffet is also $14.99 per person(great price).

I ordered butter chicken and palak paneer for new year party. It was horrible experience first time ever. Cut Spinach you can see in curry it is like they just sauteed and added paneer. No taste. Butter chicken was watery. I was very embarrassed in front of my guest. I called owner after order to confirm the time she was not listening and very very rude. Some how I got hold her phone to ask if time to pick up food it was very hard to talk she was extremely rude. I did not want to call these low categories people who don’t know how to talk specifically in new year first day so I chose to write review. Please don’t go this type low standard person restaurant.

I wouldn’t have known this hidden gem was here if not for Google. They sell fresh produce and packaged items in the grocery store, they have a cute seating area in the back, and they sell some of the most delicious, flavorful food I’ve bought from a restaurant in a while. The owner was so nice as well. I got the chicken corn soup, chicken roast with polao (yum!), I don’t know what type of samosas these were. Check them out!

Literally a hidden gym. This is a takeout only place at the back of a Halal market. However the portions are large and delicious! Some dishes come with rice and others do not, and unfortunately rice cannot be added as a side when ordering online. If you call to place your order, you can ask for a side of rice. All of the entrées come with tons of naan bread and it is incredible, soft and fresh!

Very disappointed in the food. Asked for a refund. First dinner I’ve had chicken korma with the bones and the gravy was totally off, thin and greasy. Definitely not a date night place as it’s tucked in the back of a halal market which was which was nicely stocked and very clean. Also the online price for the korma was a whopping $5 more than the price posted at the counter. Owner said that was from the 3rd party online vendor

It’s a Pakistani/Indian (Desi) grocery store but it also has a party room in the back where you can watch matches etc on a big screen TV.
Also sell halal meat and some carry out food items. Entrance is kind of weird, not in front of the store.

Hidden gem in Columbia. Tucked in the back of the desi bazaar is a food counter that serves some delicious food! The family run shop made some great butter chicken (comes with naan), one of the best samosas I’ve ever had, and some other tasty sweets. The baklava wasn’t the freshest, but the homemade jalebi and laddoo desserts were fun! Also, Friday through Sunday they have a small buffet where you can pay by weight for some house specialty dishes. The whole store smelled amazing! While you have a short wait for the non-buffet food, it gives you a good opportunity to shop for items that a normal Giant or Safeway don’t carry. Reasonable prices all around. Will be back!
