Honestly, I wouldn’t have gone if someone hadn’t recommended it.
The place, earlier known as Rama, is now Masala Junction.
At first glance, the ambiance didn’t really pull me in — but once we sat down and the food arrived, everything changed!
We ordered:
• Tandoori Fish
• Tandoori Soya Chaap
• Paneer Tikka
• Sarson ka Saag
• Chicken Seekh Kebab
• and some Naans
Every dish was bursting with flavour — most easily a 15/10!
The soya chaap was probably a 6, but everything else was just wow!
And to top it all — the chef himself came over to talk to us, which was such a nice touch.
The girl serving our table — if I ever open a restaurant, I’d hire her on the spot! The way she managed our loud group of 8 with such grace was incredible.
Then came the live jalebi counter — honestly, no words!
And their Rasmalai — different, unique, and deliciously perfect.

Critical Issue:
Unfortunately, the experience was severely compromised by a critical lapse in food safety and quality control. A small, hard foreign object—specifically, a stone—was discovered within the Chole Masala component of the Chole Bhathure.
Finding a foreign object like a stone in prepared food is unacceptable and poses a significant risk to customer health and safety (potential for tooth damage, choking hazard). While the taste of the food is excellent, this discovery drastically lowers the perceived quality and standards of your establishment.
The inclusion of an image, which visually confirms the finding of the stone, is attached .
I urge the management of Masala Junction to immediately review and tighten quality assurance and preparation procedures, particularly concerning the cleaning and inspection of ingredients used in the masalas.

This was my first time ordering from Rama Masala Junction. I tried the Chole Bhature, Aloo Tikki, Vegetable Samosa, and Papri Chaat, and every item was flavourful, fresh, and impressive—especially at such a reasonable price point. The quality honestly exceeded my expectations.
The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the chole gravy was slightly heavy on tomato purée for my taste. Other than that, everything was excellent.
I usually stick to a few regular spots, but I’m glad I tried something new. Will definitely order again!
