Managed to have my first takeaway in ages. They were able to do my food without oil/fat (due to gallstones) and I didn’t have an attack or a flare up. The food was delicious. My sister didn’t even realise the food didn’t have oil/was low fat. They were so great and accommodating. Very quick too. So thankful

I have ordered 2 plates (chicken chikka and lamb chika) for £20. The plates were just meat with some vegetables in the sauce… To be honest it was tasty however i was very disappointed when i got home and saw there was nothing else… The bare minimum in all restaurants is to have rice in a main dish. So this is why i gave 2 stars.

So ordered a onion bargi starter and was really tasty and the dip, also ordered a keema rice and chicken madras, sent the wrong rice, not sure what I had as for the Madras it was over salted but saying that was quite tasty, although I don’t understand why the chicken had a hole through the centre of it so assuming it was previously on a skewer, Think this curry was a bit rushed as the told me delivery was 30 to 35 minutes, it was with me in 10, would I order again well yes will definitely give it another go.

Overall nice curry, tad bit too much oil in the sag aloo for me. I had the Kochi it was nicer last time but meat was good. Disappointed that the mango chutney was so gone off that it had bubbles in and had fermented so it taste disgusting.

Well, well, well !!!! Where do I start??? Online ordering is easy, fantastic manners from the gentleman on the telephone, delivery driver was clean, tidy, polite and respectful. OMG!!!!! ***** NOW FOR THE BEST PART ***** My fiancee, children and myself have just finished what we as a family agree to be one of the best, if not the best Indian meal we’ve ever had!!!! Value for money, tasty, very tasty, clean, not greasy and all round exceptional. 5* recommended

This is the second time having a meal from Masala and both times were unfortunately not up to standard, this time however was a lot worse, ordered my usual choice (shahi chicken) and my partner ordered his own curry along with some sides including onion bahji’s, chips etc. While plating the food up I noticed my curry was as thin as water and looked different to the other times I’d had this, without thinking any more in to it we ate our food and Unfortunately I have ended up with food poisoning, it’s two days later and I’m still poorly. While reading some more reviews I discovered this was not the first time this has happened to one of Masala’s customers. We will not be returning that’s for sure.
