The ambience was pleasant and the service was good; however, the food did not meet expectations. The kotthu porotta was mushy and soggy, while the fried rice lacked authenticity and tasted quite bland. The Amritsar paneer dosa and Kerala parotta were average.
On a positive note, the salt and pepper paneer starter and the goat curry stood out as the best dishes of the meal. Overall, it was a mixed experience—nice atmosphere and service, but the food quality needs improvement.

This place is an absolute gem! The service is super friendly and the prices are actually affordable, which is hard to find these days. Honestly, they’re the only spot I know that gives you two free parottas with any curry, such a great deal. Also, the masala tea; it’s easily the best. I’ll definitely be coming back here all the time!

The food was full of flavour and true to India. The spice levels were very pleasant, and it’s certainly a restaurant worth visiting, highly recommended. That said, as a non-Indian guest, it would be great if each menu item had a number linked to a photo on Google Maps, since for many of us, the eye eats first. It would also help if the servers described the dishes more clearly and confidently, the food is amazing, and they should feel empowered to sell its wonders ☺️

The Dosas were just amazing. Got their Paneer Dosa and Mysore Masala Dosa. Sambhar is outstanding and so is the quantity. Loved the place and service was also very kind. Also got Lassi which wasnt good. Got Pav Bhaji too which again was disappointing. Quality is good and so are the prices. Surely Recommended!

The service was equally impressive. My attendant, Sukh, was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in at the right moments, and added a personal touch that made the experience even better.

Had an incredible dining experience at Masala Hut! We ordered Chicken 65, Chicken Kothu Paratha, and a Masala Dosa combo, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Chicken 65 was crispy, perfectly spiced, and served hot and fresh. The Chicken Kothu Paratha was packed with flavor, and the Masala Dosa was crispy on the outside with a tasty potato filling inside.
The food was served fresh and at the right spice level, making every bite enjoyable. Our server, Dimple, was friendly and attentive, adding to the great experience. A special touch was when the chef personally came to our table to get our feedback, showing their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The mutton keema and podi idli is a must try.

Extremely disappointed with how far this place has fallen. Under JP’s leadership, the food and service were outstanding — that’s clearly no longer the case.
We had to flag down our server just to place an order. Requested salt and lime, which never arrived. The biryani smelled and tasted like it was made with old, unwashed rice. When we complained, they brought out what seemed like the exact same dish — and the server never bothered to follow up or check if the issue was resolved. Didn’t even apologize or had the courtesy to not charge us for it.
Zero attention to quality, zero care for the customer. Won’t be returning!
