Everything tasted the same. There was no such specific taste for each dish, all I tasted was spices. The white chickpeas were not even boiled perfectly.
Idk why they called it iftar buffet, there were no pakoras (the thing which was there is not a pakora please ), samosas, rolls or anything to call it desi. Everything was cold. And roohafza (no taste, just color) was warm. The only thing I liked was the cold water tbh.
The place was congested. Service was good they were so friendly but we didn’t just went for service guys. Please upgrade your taste and quality.
And one more thing, channa chaat is not just chickpeas and a bit of tomatoes. 🙂
And everything felt like it’s leftover.
This is as authentic Pakistani cuisine you can find in Finland. They are not being too shy about using spices, which is exactly how it should be in my opinion. Keep the flavors as authentic as possible. For example the chicken Biryani that was in this lunch buffet today – it was really good and spices were used in perfection to give nice balanced flavors, while not being too spicy in my opinion. It trickered all those nice memories I have had eating great biryani either in some Asian countries (India and Malaysia mainly) or in London in some actually good similar places (not those that were altered to British flavors).
And all this for very decent price. So do not hesitate to make adventure to this place, that is off the beaten track.
I could not recommend this place enough, especially if you are looking for proper Biryani in Finland.
What frustrated me the most was the payment situation. If you’re planning to pay with ePassi, be aware that they charge the full price of €13.50 instead of the advertised €11.50. I found this really odd, especially since every other restaurant I’ve visited honors the actual advertised or campaign price, regardless of the payment method.
Overall, it just didn’t feel transparent or worth the money.
Food quality was honestly terrible (3/10 at best). The biryani rice was dry and stale, dahi bara was dry, and most dishes were cold. Roh Afza was served warm and tasted like watered-down milk with no real flavor. Pakoras were tiny crumbs rather than actual pieces.
This did not feel fresh, authentic, or prepared with care. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place for iftar.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, offering recommendations from their best-selling dishes. Although I visited specifically for the Biryani, their entire menu looked tempting, and I could tell they take great pride in each dish they serve. Despite reading a few mixed reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.
If you’re interested in authentic Pakistani flavors, I’d highly recommend trying their menu. Don’t hesitate to ask the staff for suggestions—they’re more than happy to help you customize your meal to suit your preferences. A wonderful dining experience!
, and it was a true delight! The flavors were incredibly authentic—each dish bursting with spices that took me straight to the streets of Pakistan . From the creamy curries to the perfectly spiced biryanis, everything was cooked with love and passion. The cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving genuine Pakistani flavors! ✨
