We asked our hotel reception to book a table for us at Masala Masion, so pleased we did. When we arrived a few tables were taken, but it quickly filled up. The restaurant is Punjabi with authentic flavours in the dishes. Service was excellent, from the waiter who was taking orders and serving. He spoke excellent English. We ordered Punjabi chicken, flavoured with ginger and coriander. Tasty, with spice, but not hot ( this dish came with rice). We chose a tandoori chicken biryani and chaparti. All the food was delicious and good sized portions. Wine and beers are available. We chose Kingfisher beers. Good value for the price charged. Worth a visit if you want a good tasty meal at a reasonable price, when in Geneva.

I had a wonderful experience here! The chicken biryani was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked rice, tender chicken, and rich, aromatic spices that felt comforting and authentic without being overpowering. You can really tell it’s made with care.
I also tried the tea, and it was the perfect finish to the meal.
Great food, cozy atmosphere, and a place I’d happily come back to. Highly recommend if you’re craving a satisfying biryani.

The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. You can really tell care went into both the ingredients and the preparation. Overall, a very satisfying meal that I’d happily order again and recommend to others.

Very small place (inside), but it’s cute. The food is the best Indian food I can remember. The flavor of the chicken Tikka masala was amazing. Next time I’m in Geneva I’ll be here again. Wide selection of vegetarian and meat dishes. Cocktails, wines, and beers are available. They have a really big outdoor area, but the weather was bad while I was here.

Our group of 8 (ages 10-retirement) with varying dietary requirements from vegan to carnivores, all enjoyed a wonderful meal at this Indian restaurant. The food was very tasty and not overly spicy. The restaurant staff were very friendly and quick to serve. After taking a red eye flight from the USA the night before, it was nice to have a relaxing meal here for our hungry group.

I told our waiter that the food was so good, I wanted to take the chef with me. Now I am completely spoiled since I know what really good Indian food taste like. I had chicken Punjab, Dahl, and pakora. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful to me. He pointed out the dishes that are gluten-free and dairy free, and suggested an herbal tea of lemon ginger. Everything was top notch, delicious, and the service was impeccable.
I simply can’t eat anywhere in Geneva except for Masala House.
