Today, we attended the grand opening of the Brownsville Road branch. We ordered chicken 65, chicken tikka masala, chicken saag, chicken biryani, naan, and mango lassi. The food tasted great, and the staff and chef were friendly. It’s an excellent addition to the Brownsville Road community.

I’ve been to the Masala House in Bridgeville a few times and have always enjoyed it, so I was excited to hear that they recently opened a new location on Brownsville Road in Brentwood.
When a new restaurant opens, they often face logistical problems that impact service or food quality during the first couple weeks as they figure things out, but I didn’t notice any such problems here. When I visited today, the food was as good as I remember from their Bridgeville location and the service was excellent.
I highly recommend the lunch buffet (lunch thali). It comes with a great assortment of dishes, along with rice, tandoori chicken, and naan. Plus there are free refills! The vegetable korma and chicken tikka masala were my favorites since they were very creamy and flavorful, though I enjoyed all of the dishes.
I will definitely be back, and look forward to trying more of their menu.

Lovely place with extremely generous portions. The medium spice was certainly at my limit and I’m an adventurous spicy eater, which is a plus for me. Definitely try the Mango lassi.

So delicious. We did the all you can eat option. They bring you a plate with several different curry options, rice, and naan. Everything was so delicious and comforting. The owner was very hospitable and explained all of the dishes to us, and made sure all of our needs were met. We ate our fill and then some. I live in the neighborhood, and I’m so excited to return. I love to see new places open their doors in my area. Please come here so they stick around!

New restaurant with delicious food. You receive large portions. I had the chicken tika masala and it was perfectly spicy and absolutely delicious. I ate til beyond full. This was the best chicken tika masala I’ve had yet.
