Fairly new sushi restaurant in Greenville area so I had to try it. The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Attentive staff. The spaciy salmon and Philly rolls were good but would definitely try other item from their menu next time. They also have all you can eat for $20 options which i did not know about. Might be a good idea to explore their other menu options.

It was my boyfriend’s and I first time here and Bentley was our sever and made the experience definitely worth our time. Explained the restaurant concept exceptionally well and brought our food in a swift manner. Food was lovely, service was great. There was a cute cat robot roaming around. Decor is pretty.

We ordered takeout and found it to be average at best. The crab rangoons were dry with very little filling, portions were small, and the flavors didn’t compare to other Japanese restaurants. For a $135 bill covering just a few rolls, some chicken, noodles, and one appetizer we expected much better. Consider dining in to see if the experience better matches the pricing.

Good food & waitstaff but they are just starting out and the wait is looong.
The dinning room has completely changed from the previous carolina ale house interior, which is a plus.
My food was made correctly, fresh & fantastic but it took a very long time. We were there over 2 hours. One of my friend’s rolls were made incorrectly but due to the wait, and amount of food we had, we just didn’t eat it.
The waitress Rochelle saved it all, sge let us know it was more of an experience, not a quick in and out. She was next level!!
Even with the extreme wait and no abc permits (meaning no free saki as advertised with our Thursday meal or VIP), she made she we were getting food, drinks and updates.
Ultimately, this place is nice, but it’s a new spot that needs to work some kinks out. The staff will surely pickup as they become more experienced, I will definitely be back.
Oh, it’s not all you can eat AYCE either
But it’s s ALOT of food, we couldn’t finish all they offered for $30

Came here for New Year’s. Dinner ended up here at around 4 o’clock never been here before and atmosphere was very pleasant. Quite nicely decorated on the inside. The food was good. I gave her a four only because my chicken was a little cold. Didn’t end up sending it back because the rest of it was good and a little bit of coldness didn’t bother me, but four out of five just because of that and we definitely come back.

Beautiful interior. Cutest restaurant I think Greenville has in town.
I was very pleased with the amount of options and variety.
It’s an all you can eat restaurant that uses a tablet that you can order from at the table. Depending on what you order, a waiter or the cat-mobile (cat robot) will serve you the food. You can order every 10 minutes and line up what you will order next.
The self serve water pitcher at the table is also a nice touch.

The robot Bella was really cute! The fish hanging from the ceiling was really cool, and we loved the music. Everyone was really nice. Also the dessert was really good! We had the strawberry and vanilla mochi. The manager and staff were really nice. The food was delicious and we definitely recommend. 5 Stars for Masa japanese sushi restaurant!!!

This was our first visit! The atmosphere was very comfortable. The hostess Deandre and Royce were very attentive and friendly. The ordering process was quick and easy. The food was served hot and delicious. We enjoyed the “all you can eat experience and the serving size was more than one! Will definitely come back.

The sushi is okay. Nothing too grand or top tier. We tried the hibachi also but it kinda tasted like the food was cooked in an old wok with burnt pieces if that makes sense. I gave them 4 stars because Robert was super friendly during our visit.
