I got the birria tacos with consomé and agua de Jamaica. They were amazing, delicious very filling, hand made tortillas, spicy and tasty salsas. The consommé was perfect! The service was very friendly and fast. Really clean place and you can find seating upstairs or at the bar.

I wandered by this East Market restaurant a few times before I stopped by. I got a rice bowl with the chicken. The people working there were friendly and patient, and they made it fresh. They made tortillas on a griddle as I waited. The food was done soon, and I happily took it to eat.

The chicken was the BEST I have ever had. Tender, flavored well, delicious.
The next time my son and I went back, he had to have the same bowl since I kept raving about it. He loved it too. You HAVE to come here!

The first bite made me speak fluent Spanish for 5 minutes. The tacos are authentic. I thought I was in southern Mexico. When I finished somehow the food made me sing the Mexico anthem. The flavor of the corn was all over southern Mexico. The green tortilla was very good. The white tastes just like hot water corn bread. Loved it. My suggestion is to get one of each or two of each. Also they have 12 different salsas. The Rico suave is great and the smokey is awesome. The chicken was my favorite however the steak was a close second. Please talk to the owner and he will explain everything to you. All the tortillas are made by hand and are corn only no flour. Also try the rice water and you can thank me later. You can eat at the bar in the bar ambiance.

The experience I had at Masa is top tier! There was a little mishap with the toast app and the manager there made sure it was resolved. He went above and beyond by going to bar to check up on me. The food was amazing. I ordered the pastor tacos with pickled onions. Very well seasoned! My favorite sauce there is the rico, it is sweet and spicy. I will definitely be back.

I recently visited Masa Mexican Grill, and the authentic Chicken Tacos I ordered were delicious. They were generous with the chicken and it was refreshing to see and taste that the protein outweigh the vegetables. I also sampled their verde and red sauces which were good, but I preferred their red salsa sauce. Delicious! I also purchased a Tres Leches Cake which was very good also. This Mexican restaurant is order to go only. They have restaurant pagers to inform you your order is ready. You may dine in the dining area at the East Market. Parking lot in the side of the building or you may park in the street. Nice and friendly service. Decent prices.

Ordered a steak burrito and not sure if they ran out of steak and didn’t have the heart to tell me or ask me to wait, but it was a white rice burrito with extra rice, shredded lettuce, tomato, and some beans.
This is the most disappointing Mexican food I’ve had in my life. It was super filling because again, it was 4 lbs of rice in a tortilla, but had maybe had 3 grams of protein. The largest reserve of protein can be found in the image below and yes it was so apparent that I ate this like conspiracy theorist trying to prove that red meat exists.
TLDR: I guess don’t order a burrito where lies can be folded and hidden away for generations.

What an incredible find! The owner gave us such a great experience and had us sample the homemade blue corn tortilla as we were waiting for our food, so authentic, the salsas are incredible. We talked for a while from where he’s from and telling us about his inspiration for the food he makes. Thank you!! We will be back
