Figured it was going to be packed on a Friday night since it opened recently. Yes, it was busy, but we got seated immediately, the service was good and the food came out fast. I’m a critic of most Mexican restaurants, but have nothing but positive things to say about this place. We all enjoyed our meals and will be returning soon.

I only write reviews if my experience is really good or really bad. I just have to say that we took a table right in front of one of their televisions.
It’s March Madness so I asked for the college basketball games to be turned on. I actually asked two different people. Nobody was watching the soccer game they had playing so I wasn’t expecting my request to be completely ignored the way it was.
They weren’t busy and I may have even caught a slight eye roll from our waitress. At the very least it seemed to be a burden for her. Again, there were empty tables; it’s not like they were slammed.
On top of that the food wasn’t anything special. The cheese on the tacos wasn’t even melted. Just some cold shredded cheese thrown on top of the chicken. Asked for chips and salsa and never got them. We probably won’t be coming back. Mexicano in Jarrell is better by a lot.

So happy to have a good Mexican restaurant! The food was amazing and not too expensive. Salsa was great and the service was wonderful! I will definitely be back!!

Chips were stale, tea was old, there was a string in the food, the food was fairly tasteless. The wait staff was ok and management was friendly. Not a favorite place at all

Great food. Ordered the #21 chicken fuego fajitas (spicy!) and #32 cheese and beef enchiladas to go. Chips salsa is good, but spicy as well. Get that liquor license going so we can get a proper drink in there!

We’ve been fans of the food truck and are ecstatic to see their expanded menu at the brick-and-mortar location on Royal, across from Barrow. The traditional salsa has enough zip to tingle the tongue but is not too hot. The avocado salsa is fresh and tasty with just the right amount of cilantro. The menu is huge, and it will take a few weeks to work through all the offerings. The service is prompt and friendly. The renovations look great, and the food is even better than the food truck, if that is even possible.
