Simply a fantastic place. The food was absolutely outstanding — the pasta was perfectly cooked, the porchetta was one of the best meals I’ve had in years and the gnocchi was a delight. Wine by the glass is a bit limited and the gelato was not to our taste but we will definitely be back anytime we’re nearby. The atmosphere is friendly and lively without being loud. The staff is talented and works together seamlessly as a team working. What a great evening — thank you!

We had the chance to enjoy a meal here over the weekend and we tried the Burrata along with the Pesto Risotto with Prawns. I’m still dreaming about the Burrata, easily one of the best Italian dishes I’ve had!!
The service was incredibly kind, even with our large group at the community table, and the hosts graciously fit us in as walk-ins. On top of that, the space itself is stunning. You can tell so much thought and intention went into every detail, right down to the sweetest gingham cotton napkins.

4.5 overall. Great food and great service. Gets very busy here and would highly recommend making reservations. Would highly recommend the pasta or risotto . The serving size is just right. Limited patio space in the summer time also. Worthwhile coming here to have some great Italian food.

Beautiful restaurant. My wife is very particular about her pizza and prefers Italian style wood oven. Marzano’s was just the right place. We ordered pickup for a margarita and pepperoni pizza, and both looked and tasted great. Highly recommended.

As someone from Italy who has worked with maestro pizza makers from Naples, I can say that the Margherita at Marzano is the closest I’ve found to the original here in B.C. They offer an interesting wine menu with an outstanding Lambrusco as the daily feature. The service was quick and relaxed, and the overall vibe was great.

Marzano is my favourite restaurant in the world right now and has been for six months. I ate through the whole menu a few times and keep trying the new things when it changes.
I have been to many many many more restaurants too in many cities but keep returning to Marzano whenever I can. Love the authentic and delicious wood oven pizza with neat, fresh, and fantastic ingredients. The brunches are wildly tasty . The drinks are always great – highly recommend the Marzano Caesar with choice of vodka, gin, or tequila. I always get all the sorbet flavours each time if I have time and space because they are always so so good and time-limited.
Plenty of parking across the street in the Best Western lot. They are owned by the same folks. Let the Best Western folks next to Marzano’s know you parked there but it’s generally no problem anyway.
All the staff always tell me they love working here. Many have been there for years. The owners and management seem wonderful – and it shows in the vibe and the food.
