Hands down, this is the best Sushi I have had in years. It was made fresh by a master Sushi Chef and it was delicious. The teriyaki beef and pork with shrimp was delicious as well. This is one of those hidden gems ✨️ . If you’re looking for that authentic Japanese Sushi this is the place to stop at. It was clean, the service was excellent, and most importantly the food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

LOVE the spam fried rice! Also got the shrimp crunch roll, gyoza and shrimp tempura and it was all delicious. Everything tasted so fresh. I will definitely come back.

Food was amazing!
Chicken katsu plate with rice and something else I believe filled me to the brim.
It could feed two people honestly and it was only 15 dollars.
The workers are dedicated.

Waited 45 mins even though i order before 2 other people and got food at the very very end i ordered at 7:30 its 8:20pm 08/05/2025. Sushi maker is amazing but honestly disappointed with how i patiently wait while other after me who ordered got food to the extent more people came in and got their food. All i ordered was sushi and not even 3 orders while others ordered 7 food items and sushi and i ended up leaving the teryaki spot a hour later after being told 10-20 minutes. Definitely last time going here and that me personally.

I went to this place on Father’s day to grab some take out for my family. The staff was clearly busy with fulfilling online orders, so there was a little bit of a wait to or and to get the order done as well. The portion size of the chicken teriyaki was comparable to many places in the area that I’ve been. The California roll and crunchy shrimp roll were good as well. The fried gyoza and egg rolls were alright, but I have certainly had better in other places. All in all, this is a good place, though the price was about $1-2 more than comparable places in the area. My family was overall satisfied with the food that we good.

I don’t recommend this place. The food was average and overpriced and you are charged credit card fees and gratuity without your knowledge. That’s unfortunate because I had high hope for this place.
We got the beef teriyaki which comes with a salad and rice. This meal was ok, similar to your average teriyaki place. We also got a sushi roll. The roll felt too salty and the slices were too wide to easily fit in your mouth, besides that it was fine.
The portions aren’t that large, especially for the price, and we were still hungry.
Service felt a bit rude.

Came here for the first time and had the chicken katsu, chicken teriyaki & salmon nigiri.
The service was good and friendly. The salmon was fresh and the katsu was nicely breaded. The teriyaki was a bit different than we were used to, but had a decent flavor.
The only complaint I would have, is that they are quite overpriced for the portions that they give you, especially the salmon nigiri – coming from Vancouver, BC, we pay a fraction of what they charge for their sushi, teriyaki & katsu.

I never would like to complaint about the tip because I always like to tip servers. While I went to eat a Chicken Bento for $18.00 and a drink 2.99 my bill was $28.00 for one person, so I look on the screen because the server did not hand me a receipt, there is a hidden charge called service charge. And asked what was that and the server responded that gratuity ( Tip) was being charged. The bad thing is that you don’t know is the percentage that they charging as a tip. BAD PRACTICES because tip is a charge depending on the service and not a required charge. Go to the Thai place next to it, very nice people there and food is delicious.

Price is higher than other similar restaurants, compulsory 15% service fee, $1 card fee. Why people rate more than 1 star? Chirashi didn’t come with whole piece of sashimi but come with poke meat & sour source, no eel, no shrimp, no scallop….it is not Chirashi. Looooool roll taste sour & salty, DO NOT recommend.

VEGAN REVIEW:
I don’t have many food places around me anymore so I decided to try this one. I looked through their menu to see what I could get that was vegan and there were a few options. I ordered an avocado roll and a vegetable roll because I decided to keep it simple for my first try, but next time I’m going to ask about the tofu teriyaki ingredients and try that! The sushi was perfect. Super fresh and satisfying. The prices are definitely high but the portion sizes are good at least. As a vegan, I’m just happy to have a place to get sushi from reliably! Some other items on the menu that I’m curious about are the miso soup, veggie fried rice, seaweed salad, and tofu teriyaki but I haven’t verified whether they are /can be made vegan yet. Will update my review in the future if I find out.
Tldr; expensive but there are vegan options & they’re great for what they are!
