I want to take the time to share such an amazing customer service experience at the Mary’s on Summerfield.
I ordered online for NYE at around 6:25 pm. It was a last minute decision as other places we were going to get dinner from were closed. My order was forecasted to be done for pick up at 7:10 pm.
I got to Marys at 6:55 pm. Earlier than anticipated due to the rain. It was definitely busy for pick up orders. It is NYE. So definitely to be expected. I got to the head of the line and was told my pickup order should be done by 7:15 pm. Close enough. I wasnt bothered. 7:20 pm rolls around and I go to the counter to check on my order. Im not mad or irritated. I just wanted an eta as I can see how hard the crew is working and the phones are ringing non stop. I approached the counter and the young gentleman was already anticipating my question. He apologized for the delay and handed me a monetary voucher to use for next time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and apologized again. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture. I could see how busy they were and its expected due to the evening it was. 20 mins passed and my order was ready. The young gentleman called me over, apologized again for the delay, and gave me some cookies (as well) for waiting. I wish I got the young gentleman’s name. He went above and beyond. It wasnt expected but very much appreciated.
The food was hot and delicious as well! Quality was just as good even with how busy they were.
Mary’s, Thank you for showing such great customer service. I can see your staff was working so hard on such a busy night. Much Thanks to all of the staff your effort and service is so appreciated.

Outstanding customer service and delicious food! I picked up takeout with my wife, and upon returning home we saw that there was no chicken in her caesar salad. We called the restaurant, and to our surprise, the manager immediately sent a driver with a new salad and extra chicken for the other salad. We were both blown away with the kindness!!! Our food was 10/10, best caesar salad in town! Thank you so much!

Typical Pizza Restaurant as far as tables and seating goes. I tried the make your own Calzone with pepperoni and black olives. Enough to feed two as advertised. It was good.

Love the staff at Mary’s Pizza on Summerfield Road in
SE Santa Rosa. I pick up or take out dinner at least once a week. My only word of caution is to check your box. The only reason I am not posting 5 stars is that on a busy Sunday afternoon I picked up dinner and checked the box and the pizza was very over done (black crust) on about 1/3 or more of my dinner. The manager confirmed and immediately replaced my pizza with apologies. I had a delicious dinner and continue to be a devoted customer.

Food isn’t that great, service is horrible, no one greets you. You stand there for 20 minutea just watching them talk on the phone and none says anything to you. No one smiles, no one says hello. And its really loud.

In 1959, Mary Fazio started the first Mary’s Pizza Shack. Now, with several locations, it’s very convenient to stop by your local Mary’s. My wife and I enjoy going to the one on Summerfield Rd. Although the Summerfield Cinemas next store has shuttered its doors and become a distant memory, one day it may reopen to its former glory. My wife and I both ordered the chicken parmigiana. It comes with a great salad and toasted French bread. Wow! What a great meal. The restaurant is usually busy, but that only adds to the ambiance. Everyone around you is enjoying their meal and having a good time. They also offer the best spaghetti and meatball meal in the county.

The hostess running the patio had a MAJOR attitude… customer service in general everywhere has been meh. But our waitress was very nice. But the tude really makes you not want to go back… I’ve been in bad moods b4 at work… but I never treated customers that way
