Good coffee, great staff and pleasant decor.
The staff at the Hedges Pond Rd. location was awesome today. I sat there for a long while whilst waiting on my car and they were very pleasant the entire time.
Katie, Brooke and Larry were all very nice and took good care of people that came in or went through the drive through. Their teamwork was one that places strive for, having been a supervisor and manager in hospitality for 8+ years it can be rare.
Their coffee selection is wide in flavors and has a good flavor. The prices are reasonable and they are quick in making the beverages. They also have a variety of snacks and some other beverages.
The decor is reminiscent of an old school diner. It just makes you feel good to walk in the door with its vibrant color, which is a variety of pinks with the classic black & white checkered flooring.
I can’t speak to the other locations, but this one is worth a stop.

I absolutely love going into any Marylou’s, but this store is nice and bright, welcoming, and you are greeted within seconds of entering. The employees are smiling and happy to help: I don’t usually look for changes to my go-to iced coffee, but when I needed some help deciding, the employee was patient and helpful (not pushy!) I was able to convey what I had in mind, they knew exactly what I was looking for. No time to go inside? There’s a drive-thru. The employees are always very nice through the microphone as well. Even if the line is long, they can keep it moving.

Why on earth do they have this Brittany working there? She is horrible. I ordered a coffee meant to be hot and they charged me for iced. The young server had no clue what to do so she asked Brittany who was dismissive and rude. She wouldn’t do anything about it and said I “got a coffee”. What a low life. It absolutely wouldn’t have been an issue for me if she just acknowledged a mistake was made, even a small apology. Nothing. Finally, some other young server refunded the difference which was at least some gesture. But Brittany is definitely in the wrong industry and should be somewhere no one has to interact with her.

The smell of coffee greats you at the door. Have a variety of flavors and they don’t just add a squirt of some flavored extract that tastes artificial. Nice option for pastries. Have me a generous amount of cream cheese to put on my bagel. We had fun. It’s very pink!

Ordered three latte’s. Hot. Came out cold , girl put expresso first then cold milk. We asked her to warm it up , she then heated the coffee up and proceeded to pour more cold milk in. Then admitted we only been trained to do ice coffee.
Went outside to drink our coffee and after one sip left it on the stone wall. The worst ever. I would rather they just said don’t know how!!!

Rude, never consistent. Prices can be different even if you order the same thing every day. There’s one girl who holds back the change to see if you are going to ask for it back. I don’t tip 75 cent for a three dollar coffee. Today’s girl could not seem to hold onto the change I was handing her and blamed me because of the way I was holding my hand. Excuse me for being arthritic! I have never in the years I have gone there had someone drop as much change on the ground as she did. It’s not worth it to go to this particular spot. DD here I come…

I came in waiting for someone, studying for a test, just warming up for a minute and the lovely girls behind the counter saw how frustrating my studying was going (tough test!).
They went above and beyond to simply start a pleasant conversation, bring a bright smile to my face, and truly made my day better by just being so kind and considerate. Best mary lois staff I’ve ever met (they’re usually all sweethearts but these girls were certainly the best!)
I came in on a busy Saturday morning, and they still took the time to make me have a better day. That’s 100/10 in my book.

The frozen pina Colada was excellent. The chicken sandwich wasn’t bad. It was a nice size chicken breast, crispy coating and not dried out. Plenty of cheese and sauce. The employees are always very nice.
