Staff are short and rude at the drive-thru on 07/29 10:55. Speaker doesn’t work well. Arrived at the window and the order was wrong. When we corrected the error, we where asked to pull forward while the drink was made.

Staff and service is good. Their iced coffee has way too much ice. Paid $4.30 for a medium cold brew (black no sugar) and at least 75% of it is ice. Also the taste was very bitter and acidic, cold brew should be smooth and low in acidic profile. Have to give 1 star for quality and cost.

I really like Mary Lou’s, especially this location. The employees are always chipper, always smiling, and they actually say thank you when the transaction is done. The store is well run, the coffee is great in my opinion better than Dunkin’ donuts. The place is clean everything in order well managed and the outside area is clean kept up obviously by management. That is very important, I noticed a lot of establishments Do Not keep the outside area clean and free of debris.

Very quick and the staff was nice and helpful. The coffee comes a little sweeter then that I f Dunkin, Starbucks, or Honey dew. If you do not like it that way make sure you ask for less sugar and make sure to mix after getting it.

I love their frozen Oreo Cookie Monster and Raspberry Mocha Blast! They have many more flavored coffee selections than at Dunk’s, often available as both hot or iced. No hot sandwiches though. This location has a drive through.

This is the place to go the staff is really nice they get to know you where I pull up and if they see me they have my coffee ready befor in get in …..not going to say anything bad about it cus of one person….so I would tell everyone to come here and get a Carmel Lou its omg and ive been a DD guy for my whole life and one day someone made me try it and I go 4 or 5 times a day and tip 4.80$ every time
