Normally I love Mary Louise but this one is awful. The service is awful. I have given it several chances. I have not gotten my coffee to come out. Right one time cream, no sugar really shouldn’t be that difficult. And then they give you an attitude when they mess up.

I just went to the Mary Lou’s in east bridgewater on Bedford st , there where two girls working. I waited for about 5 mins and once I got to ordering I asked for a kids dream cotton candy slush and a medium Oreo Cookie Monster … mind you it was 318 when I ordered and the lady told me they shut the blenders down for the night ? They close at 7 why would you shut your blenders down at 315 ? Is this something Mary Lou’s normally does ? Not happy.

Ww ordered two small coffees at the Drive Thru window. When we drove up they not only did not pour our drinks, the three employees completely ignored us! They were taking care of other orders at the counter instead. Never going back.

Yesterday I was having a bad morning and you guys made my day. I said, make me something fancy, I trust you, be creative. One of the ladies happily whipped up an iced gingerbread concoction that was incredible, and she even asked about allergies. She should get to name that drink as a new special. The other woman brought out these gluten free PB&J bars which were so yummy and also perfect bc I have celiac. Both ladies were delightful and it was a very tasty breakfast.

Before I moved, me and my puppy used to come here every single day of the year. It’s my favorite coffee on the planet and I cant find a replacement for it here down in Florida – I miss it and dream about it everyday. I always got a Large Iced Raspberry Mocha with skim milk only. The staff also are wonderful people who loved when I brought my puppy by. <3
