I just finished my lunch and my friend is still waiting for his food. In the meantime, two other full tables have been served. The manager has now offered to refund his meal, but this is still pretty amateur. I grew up in Oklahoma and have eaten my fair share of BBQ. I’ve been pretty consistently disappointed by Maryland’s offerings, but I had hoped the place opening up on campus might surprise me. It did not. This brisket was the most gristly, chewy, and disgusting I can ever remember eating, and at these prices, I will not be giving this place another chance.

Pretty good pulled pork sandwiches, sweet and wet bbq sauce. Order it Memphis style (cole slaw)! A little pricey but worth a try!
