What an incredible spot for breakfast! The food was absolutely delicious, but the drinks truly stole the show—creative and perfectly made. Got to eat here as part of the L’amour of package. We both got the 14er, which was fantastic and the steak cooked to order. Plus we kept taking about how good to brussel sprouts were the rest of the night. Strong cocktails too! Because of the package, our serve notified us that there wasn’t a bill, but still provided excellent, quick service and noticed when we were starting to finish your dinner and brought the dessert list. I’d recommend for anyone staying at the Mt Princeton resort and looking for a great dinner to check this restaurant out!

We had a large group and the staff were not very friendly from the beginning, the service from the blonde host was practically disrespectful. She would not work with us and treated us poorly the entire night. The food took long despite the restaurant not being full and our steaks were medium rare when we asked for medium well. Overall, for the price and proximity to the resort we were disappointed with the overall experience. It was not worth the money we paid at all.

Great Food, Amazing Service, Fantastic View!
I had such a wonderful time at Mary Murphy Steakhouse! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the view was absolutely fantastic — the perfect setting for a relaxing meal.
I didn’t take any food pics (too busy enjoying it!), but we had a great time taking photos after lunch — the surroundings are beautiful and made for some great shots.
Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for excellent food, friendly service, and a memorable atmosphere!

Food was decent, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered steak (14er) amd i wish they could have added more sauce but steak was well cooked. Also, I ordered a steak sandwich but I would give that a 3. Appetizers were super good.

Decent place but I will say there’s something weird about the Customer Service. I went up there to get my food and the guy didn’t even asked me for my name or anything. He just walks away. That’s the first time that’s ever happened to me at a steakhouse and there seems to be some odd tension amongst employees. One of the employees told me to talk to the host. Then the host tells me that I received information that is incorrect from that said person. Very odd. Black angus steak was great.

While staying at the Mt. Princeton Hot Spring Resort, we made a dinner reservation for our Anniversary at Mary Murphy Steakhouse and we were not disappointed! The view from the tables is amazing and the outdoor seating looked very comfy as well.
The appetizer we ordered was the shrimp cocktail. The 5 jumbo size Tiger shrimp was perfectly complemented with a fresh lime and pineapple Fresno ginger cocktail sauce.
For our dinner entrees we ordered the 10oz Bone-in fillet mignon topped with compound butter, with a side cesar salad, and a 18-20oz T-bone steak topped with compound butter with Fried mushrooms. Both entrees came with green beans and some asparagus. This was the most tender filet mignon that I have ever tasted! He was extremely satisfied with his t-bone steak as well. The Cesar salad was delicious and the authentic house made dressing had an amazing depth of flavor and richness. It was very thick and savory.
For dessert we ordered the Chocolate au Framboise and the Lemon Basil Ricotta Cheesecake. Both were amazingly rich and a perfect compliment to an amazing dinner. They always have a revolving dessert menu.
The staff is very kind and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant for any special occasion. It is pricey, but definitely worth every penny. Thanks for a wonderful meal and experience!

Beautiful setting to enjoy a relaxing fine dining experience. The hot springs are an amazing experience and the restaurant makes it a perfect day. We shared the Beet Salad with goat cheese and Ham & Bean soup. Both were great. The 14er is a steak that could have been from any elite steakhouse. The Striped Bass with coriander was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Look forward to coming back in the summer to sit outside and enjoy a delicious meal with stunning views!

This restaurant gets BETTER and BETTER every year, every meal. I’ve been visiting my Princeton resort for 9 years now, and have spent 6 of my birthdays here. When I come to soak, I seem to always end up at mary Murphy steak house (even when I diligent and bring my own food). It’s because the flavors, the variety, the kind service… it draws me back every time. I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and recommend all their salads, steak options, green chilli soup, classic breakfast. It’s hard to recommend you just one dish to try , because the chef Evan is good about switching it up! Bottom line- they deliver a great value meal, and you’re bound to find someone on the menu that is mouth watering good! The kind, hard-working staff, doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you to chef Evan, and Susan, Irene, Cristian… they’re team is strong and I looked forward to seeing them and eating, every time I go to the resort to soak. It’s already a transformational experience simple being there, and this restaurant is icing on the cake!

Convenient spot when staying at the hotel. Was a bit strange that it was mostly empty tables but still required reservations. Similarly the wait times for food and such were a bit long for so few people there.
