We drove about 30 minutes to try Mary Jane Dairy Bar, and overall it was a nice experience. The line wasn’t long, which was great, and there was plenty of parking, so it was easy to get in and out.
They did accidentally make a mint chocolate chip shake when I had asked for cookie dough, but they quickly fixed it. The shake itself was very thick,more like ice cream in a cup..so it was tough to drink through the straw. On the bright side, the cotton candy ice cream was a huge hit with my younger son, and he really enjoyed it.
All in all, it was worth the trip and I’d come back again.

This was the smallest Banana split we have ever gotten from an ice cream shop for the price and kind of disappointing. I got the death by chocolate but tbh it wasn’t all that good. I didn’t even taste the brownies and barely had anything besides the chocolate ice cream. Surprisingly the kids didn’t even finish their vanilla ice cream… maybe it’s just a different kind of ice cream they serve.

Mary Janes has been around for so long and this year they set up a cart at devitts Eggbert holiday event. A tiny little ice cream cone was $6. I mean cone with scoop was maybe 3″ big. Tiny. Shame on you Mary Jane’s for taking advantage of people like that!

Such a fun and welcoming spot! Mary Jane’s Dairy Bar has that classic ice cream stand charm with bright, cheerful window art and a family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and keeps the line moving, even when it gets busy. They offer a great variety of ice cream flavors and fun treats for all ages.
Twins loved it, and so did I! They each had chocolate ice scream sandwiches and I enjoyed a cookies and cream brownie fudge/caramel Sunday.
Highly recommend trying the ice cream sandwiches or anything topped with whip cream and a cherry . We’ll definitely be back!

Great selection of ice cream flavors and items. Can get crowded but things move. Have small area with pinic tables to sit at . Parking can be troublesome when busy

This is a nice place to stop for some old fashioned- soft serve ice cream. I had a shake with cherries and strawberries. It was delicious. The Italian ices are also good. The menu is quite large.
