The hostess that took our order was not at all welcoming. She was busy texting on her own phone and was not in engaged. In fact, if we weren’t so hungry, we would have left. The sandwich we ordered was good. However, it sat on the ledge after being prepared for quite awhile before we got it and they weren’t busy. It sat on the ledge because the hostess was making soup for herself. I watched her eat it back at the register. The entire time we were there I saw the waitress push in chairs after people left, but never saw anyone clean the table tops with cleaning spray.

Mary Ann’s in Fairhope is one of those local favorites that feels instantly welcoming the moment you walk through the door. It’s a place that captures small-town Southern charm with hearty portions, friendly service, and a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. Whether you’re there for breakfast, lunch, or a laid-back dinner, the menu offers something for everyone, and everything tastes freshly made and comforting.

Great new location! Food is always on point. Tasty RTCII sandwich and classic Shirley sandwich. When in Baldwin County AL and Fairhope, destination eatery! Should be on Triple D. Someone call Guy Fieri and the Food Network!

Food is always good, and we had a great server. One of the last places to find a good quick for lunch.
They do a really big lunch business, so it can get really noisy, but there are places in the back to get away from the fray. They just didn’t need to crank up the music on top of that! lol

We have come here for years and love this place. My last review indicated the old location had more charm but I was told they were forced out of their old location so…..

One of my absolute favorite lunch spots in Fairhope. I wish they bottled their honey mustard and sold it!

My wife and I both enjoyed our grilled sandwich’s. So many good choices on the menu too. Service was friendly and helpful. Their selection of tasty sweet tea’s was a plus, besides the regular soda options.
If you are having a hard time finding this place, it is located in the “Windmill Market”, along with the “Fairhope Burger Company”, which I heard is very good as well. There is a bar located in the middle of Market place and plenty of seating available too.
Highly recommended.
