What a wonderful place to gather for a social gathering! Awesome food, great bartenders, and the owner of the bar was so friendly and welcoming! Karaoke was rocking! And it was nice since, it was done in separate room so if it got too much we could go to the other room and go play pool,darts and even go try our luck at the several different games of chance machines! We all had so much fun!

Stopped in thus place last 8-1-24 and we were visiting my son’s and the man was so rude, I asked if the boys weren’t drinking why do you need ID they are only having dinner. This rude guy, said I’m not gonna argue with you and he walked away.

Great spot! The crowd here feels like a bunch of friends hanging out, a very welcoming bunch. Staff is top-notch, the food was on point, and karaoke was a blast. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Oil City!

If you are looking for great food, cold drinks and a friendly atmosphere, The Marvic Tavern in the place to go. The Thursday wings are second to none, and The Friday fish dinners are fantastic! The burgers are incredible, and it is so nice to have fresh cut fries. The hard working staff is so personable, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Had awesome wings and fries last night (Jan 17, 2019). Wings nice and crispy with great sauces (I had their Hot and Dry Cajun). Service was quick – price was as expected. Would go again although it is a smoking facility which for me is a bit of a negative thus only 4-stars.

Greatest bar in oilcity in my opinion and the owner is amazing and food is always good just some miscommunication between Dave and the one bartender but other then that problem with the bartender highly recommend here
